Reconnu pour ses Steakhouses et ses restaurants de fruits de mer dans le sud de la Californie et l'Arizona, le Mastro's a ouvert pour la première fois à Las Vegas avec l'Ocean Club in Crystals at CityCenter. Wonderful service as usual for Mastro’s. Unfortunately the very expensive KC bone-in strip was cooked much to rare. Sent it back and came out marginally better. Steak lacked flavor and overall we were terribly disappointed. Guess I will try other steakhouses in Las Vegas in the future!

Great food and service. The menu has a nice variety of choices. Some of the menu choices are outrageously expensive! Most items are fairly priced for Las Vegas. The restaurant ambience is very classy. No tee shirts here, please. Their famous butter cake dessert is a must!

They always do the steaks perfectly . The bone In fillet is very special ask for medium plus and you will be happy! The lobster bisque and New England clam chowder are unbeatable and the five dollar basket is worth every penny

This was our first time eating at Mastro’s and the entire experience was phenomenal! Our waiter, Nick, was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating! We will definitely eat here again! 10 out of 10 on the food and the entire experience!

We have a small service dog, stays in case, been here several times no problem. They seated us in a booth with no space beside so we put carry case on bench, as had done before. The manager came over and informed us the carry case could not be on a seat. No problem, we asked if they could move us to a table where we could remove a chais to make room for dog. Done. Got settled, slow but friendly service. Entrees arrived 2 hours after we were seated, medium steak was very red inside but did not complain. My wife sneaked a tiny small piece of my steak and gave it to our dog as a treat. Manger flew over and unloaded about feeding animals being against health regs. Feeding ??? Finger nail size piece of steak!!! At that point, my wife had had, got up and left before we hade even started the entrees. I asked manager to deduct what we had not started eating, he refused. Said I ordered I pay!! So paid the $700 and walked out with the steak, so I could give the dog the bone later. We take our service dog everywhere and have never been hounded like that. Over 100 Open Table Reservations and this is the first time we have been treated like this.

Spectacular entrees, sides and deserts. The tuna appetizer was just OK which was the only thing from this being 100/100…. Sam our waitress was excellent. Loved this place.

The food was absolutely fantastic! Very large portions which we regretted not being able to take to go. Service was okay but the food outweighed all. Would absolutely go back.

We were blown away by the total experience. The food had all the right textures and flavors were spectacular. The service was unbelievably attentive, Nick our waiter was so insightful and guided us through options and helped us make amazing choices. His support staff, particularly Armando were making sure our water and beverages were never empty. Our plates were politely cleared as each course came. We had lobster bisque which my husband is quite particular about and he has now placed this one above his number 1. We shared the heirloom tomato and burrata. I had the tuna tartare as my main which was spectacular and had beautiful balance of flavor and texture. He had the Chilean sea bass with scallops special, and we shared truffle gnocchi as a side. I made the reservation just a few hours before for my husband’s birthday and even the menu and experience was completely personalized. We even received a complimentary dessert. The portions are generous, and we definitely ordered too much but all of it was well worth it. We will be back again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. every time I’m in Vegas we try to make it. Service is always top notch and the food is so delicious. I love the butter cake dessert. We celebrated early for Mother’s Day and it was another great experience. Our server was amazing. Very attentive.

Mastro’s Las Vegas never disappoints us! Everytime we go to Vegas, we have to stop here. From the host desk to the manger’s to the server and wait assistants, they are all so professional and friendly. Gabe the General Manager stopped by for a quick conversation to check in on our dining experience. Craig was very knowledgeable on food and wine. I had the New York waygu which just cooked to perfection and my guests had the bone-in filet. The butter cake is a must have as a dessert. We even had the pleasure for the executive chef Jimmy check in on us! Thank you so much, Mastros for this perfect dining experience. Until next time…

Everything was great as usual however I have to make an observation about Mastro’s Ocean Club The girls up front go out of there way to make sure we get the worse table possible- that’s a skill set. The server was a nice guy and it was enjoyable to be at his table - but my wife made the observation about the location of our table. And then I could see that she was right.

Not a good visit this time to Mastro’s. I was here almost two months ago and the service was excellent, but the food this visit was disappointing. Mastro’s is known for high quality product. This is one of the reasons I go there, but my steak last night was disappointing. We ordered the porterhouse, as my wife and I usually split this (she likes the strip, I like the filet). The filet was loaded with fat and the entire steak was undercooked - two things I have never experienced at a Mastro’s restaurant. And we were pestered by this barfly kid in his 30s that claimed to be a ‘regular’ who kept touching my wife inappropriately and making lewd comments. Granted, he wasn’t hurting anyone, but it made the whole experience very unpleasant. We had come to enjoy the service, chill with the bar staff and listen to live music, and the whole ambience was disrupted by this troubled ‘regular’. We ended up leaving very abruptly because of this disruptive barfly and I didn’t have the opportunity to tip the musician, which I always do as I am a musician myself. Throw in the poor quality steak that was undercooked and it was very disappointing experience. Does it mean we not go back? In a word… no. I just hope the vibe is better next time.

Bad service combined with rude hostesses does not set up for a nice evening. I walked up to the hostess stand at 6:30 was told first opening would be 9:15. Went online to book table for 8 pm. Ordered a $165 dollar bottle of wine that I can purchase for $28 dollars at a store to be poured a taste but then not filled afterwards. Just awful experience.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always wonderful and prepared to our request. The staff is a team and well trained. We try and visit almost every time we come to Vegas.

We eat here every time we come to Vegas! The shrimp cocktail is the best! The bread basket is outstanding. The filets are tender and cooked to perfection! A worthwhile dining experience!

We are Vegas locals , we go there at least once a month . The quality and consistency of the food is impeccable. All the waiters that know us come to say hi to us , even if they’re not serving our table . Thanks again for the great service and looking forward to visit again soon !

Usually love Mastros but my swordfish was so overcooked it was bone dry. The aupoive sauce was so spicy you couldn’t eat it

Booked this dinner same day for an impromptu birthday celebration for my friend. The restaurant always deliver amazing service! They had menu that read Happy Birthday for her. Tim was fantastic! We’ll be back soon! Can’t wait for the next visit!

The food here is amazing. My filet was cooked perfectly and well seasoned so no extra sauce is necessary. Garlic mashed potatoes are soo creamy, I can only imagine they are made with 5 sticks of butter. Prices are high as you would expect. They charge you for bread at the onset, which is insulting considering the prices they charge for everything else. The restaurant is pretty, but still in the middle of a mall, which reduces it somehow. But I would still highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Waiter was rude and sarcastic Drinks were not to Mastro’s standard that we are accustomed to in Beverly Hills Salad had way too much dressing.
