We had a fantastic five-year anniversary dinner. Three of the staff members we came in contact with Angie,, and Emily the manager were all exceptional and customer service. Our food was phenomenal! I bit loud if you’re trying to have a conversation with your dining partners. But overall great atmosphere and will definitely go again

Just a prefect dinner for our special occasion. I booked a table and told the host that it’s for my daughter’s graduation. The moment after we checked in, the server congratulated my daughter and arranged a prefect dessert for love. Love this place.

We had a great night! Service is warm, but short but a bit sloppy, Steaks were excellent sides are okay - mash potatoes too liquid and waitress gets too cozy, a bit carried away. We wanted a good seats with specific instructions for birthday, but ended up with a table in very busy traffics, and crowed as well. Lastly, the door to the restaurant is too heavy to open, none of the staff at front try to give a hand😏

This was an excellent venue for our anniversary dinner. The food and service was outstanding. I am a huge fan of halibut and their dish was the best I have ever had the pleasure of eating, We also enjoyed their chocolate sin cake.

I Love the place but the waitress brought me a bill from someone else and it was a lot more than expected. I caught it because we didn't order all that food. We also waited a while to ask for drinks and was also brought a drink I didn't order. Overall is an amazing experience.

This was their first Mother’s day Brunch. What a gorgeous seafood spread and amazing service from Alex. Our family enjoyed it and we enjoyed a nice midday siesta afterwards. I hope they give me a heads up next year so I can beat the rush ;)

Hello Overall it was very good, I would give it a solid 4 Service is very good but not 5 star , forgot to mention the specials , never came back to the table . Very loud !!!

We’ve been several times to this location and always had a great experience. It’s a great location with harbor view and high quality menu. We weee looking forward to our anniversary dinner and made reservation weeks in advance , when we arrived we were given a table in the back corner of the restaurant behind several large parties. Our wait staff was either understaffed or decided to focus their efforts on the larger group, but our service was very hurried and impersonal. Food was good, but either came out way too fast or too slow. I get things happen, but when you are paying a premium for a restaurant such as Masteos it shouldn’t happen. Will be a while before we go back.

Piano player couldn’t sing and there were about 7 glasses that were dropped throughout the course of our meal. Wait staff didn’t pack all the leftovers.

Wonderful experience. Both the food and the service were fantastic. (Thanks Gabby!) And, for the first time I can remember at Mastro’s, the music wasn’t cranked up to a crazy (impossible to hold a conversation level. Well done.

We were blown away by the service last night. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Server was very attentive not overbearing and was such a delight to be around. Truly great service, food, exceptional ambiance, and overall excellent quality of service and we were very impressed it all.. Definitely will return soon!

Gabby our waitress was absolutely AMAZING! Food was exceptional. Great wine selection and cocktails. Amazing experience all around. We look forward to going back. Thank you Gabby for making it a fun evening for my dad. He truly enjoyed you.

Dinner was extremely slow, we (party of 2) watched multiple tables come and go while we had long waits for everything, from drinks to meal way well over 45minutes after our appetizers came out. It was a birthday celebration and we didn’t have time for dessert as we were already there 2hours & 15minutes, getting the check took long enough. Mastro’s used to be my fave restaurant, but the service has been getting increasingly worse each time I go. Food however impeccable!

Great service but the restaurant was incredibly too loud. By the end of the meal, we were shouting at each other across the table and could not hear a word. We ended up leaving earlier than anticipated because we could not have simple conversation.

Service and food were excellent. Our waitress Gaby was very nice and had a great gesture sending us a big dessert plate after not receiving my steak medium rare as I asked. Still the filet was super tender and delicious.

The food was fresh, beautiful presentations of everything we ate. Alexander our waiter was just ANSZING! So attentive, great wine suggestions. Everyone part of his team was 5 star. We definitely will be going back. Once it started to get busy the noise level definitely gets louder so hard to have a conversation with others.

Another wonderful dining experience at Mastro’s. Every dish from appetizers to dessert was expertly prepared. Our oysters rockefeller starter, wow! My fillet was tender and cooked to perfection. My wife went for the herb roasted branzino which she loved. Wine paired perfectly with our dishes. Make sure you save room for Mastro’s Warm Butter Cake to end your meal. You’ll leave with a smile on your face. Also, big thanks to Mario our 'waiter extraordinaire' who made our evening very special.
