At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

    Fabulous meatballs, burrata and pizza. Cocktails also very good. Service was exceptional.

    Fantastic food. Very reminiscent of an LA vibe. Olive oil sorbet, clams, killer octopus salad. Everything is shareable.

    We love eating at Marlow. The food is ALWAYS amazing, the wait staff is friendly, and the service is fast! We take our toddler there, and the noise level is just loud enough that he can be himself and we don't have to fuss too much. The prices are very reasonable, and we love that there are always specials. And the Gnocci are to die for.

    the pizza is delicious 🤩 and you if you go you HAVE to get the olive oil gelato with olive oil, salt, fennel, and honey on top! to die for!

    Delicious! Shared the sausage pizza with caramelized onions and 2 specials - clams in a spicy tomato broth and the burrata with arugula and tomatoes - both served with grilled pieces of sourdough for dipping. Service was especially great - very welcoming and sweet.

    Very happy to see our table being organized when we arrived 5 mins early. Our visitors to Maui really enjoyed the food and ambience.
