Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar.

Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques.

The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more.

The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am.

Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability.

Reservations are not needed if you’d like to enjoy a crafted selection of curated cocktails and caviar service by our marble bench bar.

The caviar was fine of course but the caviar presentation with the Bellini was horrible. The cooked food (wagyu) was awful and expensive, the truffle french fries bad and expensive. The Cesar salad is the worst salad I ever ate. I never write a review but I paid 1,400 dollars. And I want a refund.

Just a Fantastic spot for a Fabulous Meal. Everything about this place is class. As good as it gets to dine at the Hard Rock.

The food was great. Too bad the menu prices have gone up astronomically - I remember not too long ago when the steak was not $130 and the burger was under $35. Absolute insanity on the pricing. Service was ok, we got our food without any issues. The staff could be a little friendlier. I'll be back, but not as often as I used to.

Our waitress was amazing. She recommended the best dishes and taught us about different caviars. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to visit again.

Twice I have tried to book at 7pm and told completely full…the restaurant was empty. You are hurting your business with this. The place was completely empty till 8:15. Great food and service but you will lose customers with lies.

only issue was staff seemed low and very rushed. no tables were cleared - including the bar BUT we asked hostess to help out. ha and she did and we felt more comfy not looking around at dirty dishes all over. they were friendly. food was yummy and quick!

Caviar was exceptional we opted for ala carte but they still provided the accoutrements. The oysters were a little small and it was not published what style or where they are from but still delicious. We also ordered escargot which was so yummy!

The foie gras pate is excellent. The oysters are caviar were good. The truffle fries are a RIP OFF at $35 they were bland and flavorless. The Duck L’Organge was like left over duck microwaved the next day another money grab at $65. Cheese board and crab salad were underwhelming. Overall expensive and no value. Prices do not assure quality

Service has changed and not for the better. We had a male waiter who was very late to the table and put his pointy figure up when I asked if he was coming over. He was acting like we were bothering him and had a scowl on his face throughout. The Hostess was lovely and helped us a few times. Too bad she wasn't our waiter. This kind of Restaurant at this price point should steer clear of bad servers. The food was outstanding!! The oysters and tartar were spot on! We wanted the caviar hotdog but was told it want available even though all the ingredients were. Hmmmmm
