Our food was excellent - definitely a fine dining experience. Our waiter was great- never felt rushed or forgotten. We love the second floor dining restaurant. The view was fantastic, the decor is wonderful as you can carry on a conversation without having to shout or repeat yourself. For the money, well worth the fabulous food. Definitely a 5 star.

We were there to celebrate Father’s Day and did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Hope to get back very soon as there were several items on menu that sounded delicious!

From the waterfront view to the tasty cuisine...superb experience. Sergio is an outstanding waiter....and the seafood roll is the best.

We arrived during a tropical deluge. And were given premier seats. Service was great, as was food. Expensive but really very good

I expected more. All the food was so spicy that we couldn't eat it . The octopus was dry and overcooked. The wine was poured like it was stolen. Brought the bill earlier than we asked and the waiter stood over our heads until we put our card down to pay. We were seated outside and it saved us as there was a nice evening view of the water. I would not be able to recommend this restaurant.

Food was good & the service- our first time there, they put us behind the hostess station… the area felt more like a banquet hall than fine dining 😢 thought it would have been a more elegant experience for the price

It was a lovely day at Marina Jack's and very quiet. The food was enjoyed by all and we had a very funny and accommodating waiter. Great experience!

The view was amazing overlooking the boats. Portions sizes are good. They have a kids menu for the little ones. A great wine list. Highly recommend the pasta dishes.

Not exactly what I wanted for a nice evening out with my wife. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated almost immediately. The restaurant didn’t seem too busy. Finally after 20 minutes of sitting and just short of getting up and leaving we had a waiter come to our table and introduce himself as Latesh and said he would be taking care of us. He leaves and again we sat for another 10 minutes. He returns to announce he’ll be right back, a third time we waited. And finally he returns and forgets menus. So he leaves again and returns with menus. We ordered drinks finally and the drinks were like ‘water’. When he returns again we finally ordered an appetizer and tried to be ‘light’ about our criticism since we looked forward to a nice evening. We ordered from the menu and felt like we were being hurried every time this obnoxious waiter returned. After dinner we asked for w coffee and my wife’s coffee (he tells her) wasn’t the cappuccino she ordered but something else. By now we only wanted to get out of there and forget this bad experience. We won’t be going back there any time soon. My wife and I are in our early 70’s and we enjoy dining at some great places. But this place will get written off entirely. We can afford the most top notch hotels as we walked over from the Ritz Carlton, and dining is a great time for the two us. No more at ‘Jacks’. Beware of the unexpected help at this place.
