    Did appreciate the new menu & also the daily appetizer specials. The fish & chips need to go back to the drawing board. Batter was almost impenetrable and the fish dry. Chicken piccata was delicious. Daisy, our server was delightful and great.

    Took 45 mins to get our food. The kitchen was obviously overwhelmed but the staff were apologetic and notice the problem.

    Terrific atmosphere, service. and food. The bar is very loud when it's busy. There is more lighting needed on the outdoor patio for patrons eating in the evening, both on the railings around the outdoor patio, as well as on each table. Overall, this place is a blast, and I highly recommend the experience of the Marina Bar and Grill!! You won't be disappointed!!😃👌👍

    I can't say enough about MBG... The new owners Rich and Vanitha brings a new level of hospitality when it comes to greeting their guests and the food is always amazing every time.

    I’m sure it was my fault but it wasn’t clear that there would be karaoke going on during a Sunday evening at 530pm. Wanted to enjoy the nice patio but the music was so loud it was uncomfortable and really ruined our experience. We started coming back to the restaurant around last December and the food was great. We were so excited to be able to enjoy this location again. We have been back twice since and they’ve changed the menus and has been disappointing. Seems like they changed ownership. You have a great location and don’t need the karaoke at least not that early on a Sunday. Sadly I don’t think we will be going back.

    Had a gals lunch. Marnie was out server. Superb as usual. Food was excellent too

    First of all they have new owners! This was the first buffet they have had here since Covid. This was always our happy place for special holidays Easter , Mother’s Day , Father’s Day etc . Well u get the idea. 1st of all the service was outstanding but even more important the food was amazing by far the best food and largest variety we have ever seen there. I don’t usually over eat but both me and my husband had only that meal for the whole lol. Also bottomless mimosas. All I can say is bravo to the new owners and team. They can count on seeing us not only for buffets but also regular meals. Can’t say enough! Well worth the cost. Thank you to the Marina grill for giving us back that happy for special holidays!!!!!

    The new Owners are very nice, they did a great job opening up a new Marina Restaurant. The Saxophone Player Ric with a special treat. This was my husband & my date night, we felt like we was on Vacation, even thou we live is Discovery Bay. I even dance with the wife, the owner. Love this place I 100% Recommend 5 Stars for sure.

    The food, service, and ambiance were great. The fish and chips, Hawaiian chicken sandwich, and shrimp ceviche were all awesome. The only item that needs some “pizzazz” is the coleslaw that comes with the fish and chips. Overall, great spot!
