I can not say enough about Maria Dolores, we’ve been there few times and every time is consistent, food, service, quality. Always AWESOME. Rafael as always going beyond what’s asked of him as service is concerned. Loved every minute of it. Will go back over and over again

Delicious food, amazing service! All the food options at Atelier are amazing and we were impressed that Maria Dolores was worth visiting. Would highly recommend!

Came here for my birthday! I loved the fideos (reminded me of noodles) and the pumpkin pie. My partner loved the tuna slices and the beef fillet. They had a tangerine mezcal cocktail that was incredible. Our servers Carmelo and Iris were wonderful.

We had the most exquisite dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was elegant and inviting. The service was impeccable, and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, and each one was a culinary masterpiece. The presentation and flavors were outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked octopus, which was a true work of art. The wine selection was impressive, and the waiter’s recommendations were spot on. The dessert was a grand finale to an already remarkable meal. Dining here was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional evening.

Talk about spectacular dining experience. This is a great place for good food and great value compared to US restaurants. I would recommend for couples of friends that are looking for a great experience in dining. I had the tuna appetizer and it was better than sashimi, the suckling pig (lechon) and tempura taco. It was done right. Must go if you have the opportunity. It’s separate from the all inclusive at Atelier but brings the dining to a new level of flavor and sophistication.
