Went for early mother’s day dinner, still plenty of parking. I ordered fajitas and the wife ordered an avocado bacon burger. After 25 minutes the waiter brings my beans, rice and fixings and says food should be out soon. 20min later the waiter comes out and says they don’t have any buns, how about a lettuce wrap. It took 45 minutes to let us know they didn’t have buns, but knew to bring the stuff for fajitas. She begrudgingly said she would do tacos. A few minutes later they said the found some buns and assured us they were fresh. The wife said and 15 minutes later the food arrived. The burger was a guacamole bacon burger not avocado fries were greasy, oh and after a few bites the wife realized there was no bacon. When she mentioned it to the waitress she apologized and said she could bring some that my wife could add. My wife asked if she could take it and bring one fixed correctly if it wouldn’t take another 45 minutes and the waitress said it could. When my wife asked for the name of the manager the waitress said she wasn’t sure she could give his name out. That put the misses over the edge and dinner was ruined. I had to take her to get something to eat somewhere else. The manager did come out and was very apologetic , said they were extremely busy and he was in the kitchen helping. Said he would give my wife anything she wanted because he didn’t want her to leave hungry but by then it was a wrap. He did comp the meal … but it was not the evening I was hoping for. Nice people, but I don’t think we’ll be back after that experience. By the way when we left line of people at the door and no parking to be found.

The atmosphere it was clean nicely decorated. The only draw back is it was loud. I was going for dinner not trying to recreate my experience at Cabo.

Food and Margaritas were good Madison, our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The noise level was beyond a comfortable level. It was a warm evening and the restaurant got too warm.

Food is better than average. Restaurant is very noisy, with an overly loud thudding nightclub beat adding to the voices trying to be heard over it. They missed the balance between "fun engergetic vibe" and "just too damn noisy". Difficult to have a conversation. If not specified clearly, drinks are brought in massive glasses that carry $20 price tags....a rude surprise when the bill arrives. Definately a "gotcha" experience.

The food was great, the beer was cold and the service was excellent. A lot of noise but expected and we were still able to have a conversation. We had a great time and will likely return.

Good experience. Good drinks and food but it was definitely on the pricier side. Servers and staff were very great!

Four of us went to Margarita Factory on a Friday night. (a few days before Christmas) It was busy and had a nice vibe. 2 of the out-of-town guests ordered margaritas. They were delicious. They were HUGE drinks. The food was wonderful too. We all enjoyed ourselves. We definitely will return! The onlt hiccup was that there seemed to be a mix up on whose table it was. (Waitress wise.) There was a little tenson between them, but it got straightened out. So glad that we made reservations as it was bustling there and rainy outside. We will definitely put this restaurant on our list of favorites.

Waiter was never around. Definitely wouldnt bring my kids super loud. Food was a little bland. Loved the fresh chips. Other than that probably wont come back because of service.

This specific location lost my reservation, told us we didn’t have one until I pulled out my phone to show them, then stuck my whole group in the middle of 3 parties, making it nearly impossible for us to move around. They took 45 minutes to even take our food order but gave us a 2 hour time limit. They were also lifting tables over our heads and ended up charging 3 of us incorrectly. I’m normally super understanding of customer service/restaurant workers, but this was all over the place and very overwhelming!
