                                                                              The burrata wasn't the freshest and even though it was quiet the server was not very attentive. And they didn't have change of $100 bill when the total was $63. I thought that was odd. It was better the last time

                                                                              Lovely neighborhood spot. Very limited brunch menu. Ordered the frittatas and french toast. Portion sizes of both food and drink were small but tasty.

                                                                              Most of our dishes were without flavor, surprising for an Italian restaurant. The seafood was flavorless and watery, as well as the red sauce used on the eggplant. Dinner started off quite but as the evening went on they raised the music volume and the ambiance became more of loud bar/club vibe. Will not return and do not recommend based on this experience.

                                                                              My mom and I were having dinner and wanted to try some place new! Searching our neighborhood we came across Mareluna and figured we would give it a try! The restaurant is cute and tiny; tables are very tight together but you still feel the sense of privacy. We had two appetizers - fritto misto & the grilled octopus- both were incredible! The fritto misto was a little oily, but still cooked to perfection. The octopus was perfect and insanely tender! For our mains my mom had the branzino and I had the vongole- both very impressive! My mom had a large fillet with crispy skin, a nice sauce for it and fingerling potatoes. My vongole was very delicious and very different; it featured a green very refreshing sauce over spaghetti with at least two dozen clams- a real bang for your buck! For dessert we had the hazelnut profiteroles and dark chocolate gelato. Both were good, but the gelato was definitely the best!

                                                                              I got lunch at around 1pm on Saturday with my mother (who’s very particular) and she was pleased!! Its 10 minutes away from Washington Square Park. We had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was *good*. I got their signature Mareluna cocktail and it was really good just needed more lemon. Ambience was great, the place is cozy and aesthetically pleasing #instagram. The music wasn’t too loud. I have no idea how the place is at night/for dinner but its the perfect spot for a calm lunch with coworkers, friends or family.
