Marco’s Coal Fired started with the simple idea that passion makes great pizza. The authentic taste of Italy is served to you through the finest ingredients and traditional techniques of the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Only 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, all natural fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh, all natural, non-processed ingredients are acceptable. Marco's Coal Fired cooks in authentic, Italian hand built wood fired pizza ovens. Salads were refreshing. Eggplant gets a 4. Lasagna delicious. Pizza was on the cool side. Should have cooked longer. I ordered ricotta cheese & extra mozzarella. Crust too soft. I thought I ordered the small pizza. But was served a larger one.

Made reservations for Father’s day for 6 dinners. We were seated on time and service was prompt. Waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Three different pizzas were all wonderful. Crust was flavorful and beautifully charred. Value was excellent. Overall, 5 out of 5. We’ll all be back again.

Such a great place. The cleanliness of the place is amazing, the staff is very friendly and our food came out fast. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Will definitely come back.

We went to Marco’s for lunch because it is on the Michelin list and we had to try. It is as good as promised! Garlic bread, Caesar salad and Toscana pizza as well as vodka pizza were all amazing! We’ll be back!

Really delicious, safe gluten free pizza! Their gluten free crust does contain gluten free wheat starch, so it’s not safe for those with wheat allergies but celiacs should be okay.

Had the Limonello Wings and Margherita Pizza with Calabrian Chiles. Outstanding and delicious, as always. Would love a bit more char on the wings but still delicious!
