La comida deliciosa, el lugar muy agusto. El servicio no me gustó tanro, ya que solo me pusieron una lista de precios de las proteínas que manejan pero no me explicaron como funciona o sugerencias de preparaciones. Quise ordenar algo y el mesero me dejo hablando sola porque se paso rápido a otra mesa. Fuera de eso la comida deliciosa

El lugar es precioso, comer con el marco del caribe y las lanchas alrededor es vivir todo el entorno. La comida es fabulosa y el servicio diferente a otros lugares. Muy recomendable

Servicio eficiente. Calidad de productor. Rapidez general. Atencion personalizada del propio gerente en caso de ser necesario. Lo único que veo como area de oportunidad es lo siguiente: Al terminar los alimentos o la bebidas, los meseros inmediatamente los retiran de la mesa inclusive cuando hay otros comensales comiendo, les sugeriria esperar a que todos los comensales terminen, y preguntar si nos gustaria que la mesa fuera levantada. Fuera de eso todo muy muy bien.

Lugar de buena comida, y ambiente. Precios razonables, servicio mediano. Única crítica es que tienen un nivel tan reducido de criterio que en pleno 2024 no aceptan mascotas!!!! Mal por la cadena que me encanta!!!! Saludos

Ordered the catch of the day which was snook. Was hard as a rock, old and over cooked. Three meals went back uneaten and they subed salmon at the same price which was fine. Had to talk them into a comp glas of wine for their troubles. 4 th member of the party ate by herself as it took another 20 minutes to get the salmon. This used to be a great restaurant but now is double the price of other high end restaurants.

Always exceptional service and best seafood restaurant in Puerto Morales. We always request Roberto as our waiter. He’s the real deal.

We had excellent fish prepared 4 ways. The best was the spicy preparation Asian style. Top notch sashimi, oysters and garlic shrimp as well. great ambience.

Over priced and not worth cost. Food cold, coconut shrimp dry and salty. Glass of wine ridiculously pricey. Our 3rd time there won’t return.

The fish at this restaurant was so fresh. We had tuna and yellowtail carpaccio and the fish was delicious and the price was right. We also had grilled octopus which was awesome. We sat outside watching people walk along the beach and listening to the waves. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend when in the area.

The food is great, the place is nice and charming. However, the service was not what we expected. We were constantly looking for our waiter and other waiters even didn’t bother to help us or go get our waiter. It made the meal uncomfortable since we were waiting quite a while for a set of cutlery, salsa or a drink.

El mesero té sofoca con el concepto que dicen que tienen (que es para cobrarte más) antes de pedir las bebidas. Pedimos una langosta, te la llevan viva, luego en el platillo te ponen un caparazón pero con poca carne en el platillo. Frecuentaba hace años el de Cancún y parece ser que se volvió otro restaurante más de mariscos y lo que tenia de especial se desapareció al abrir otras sucursales.

La comida como siempre muy buena, lastima que el nivel de ruido era muy alto, entre el mesero que gritaba el menú a la mesa de al lado, los danzantes Mayas que daban su espectáculo en la playa y el saxofonista que tocaba a todo volumen casi nos volvemos locos. Decidimos pedir la cuenta e irnos. Otra cosa que me parece muy incómoda, por qué el restaurante permite que los vendedores ambulante y los danzantes Mayas entren a la propiedad a vender sus productos o a pedir limosna, uno quiere comer tranquilo y estás en constante acoso por estas personas. MUY DESAGRADABLE

Valentines Day with my man. Amazing food and ambience. It’s nearing the end of our all inclusive resort trip and came here to celebrate. Wish we would have come at the beginning of our trip when weren’t so full of food already. Thanks staff!! ❤️

Pedimos 200 gr sashimi de hamachi y 200 gr de sashimi de atún. Llego una cantidad muy pequeña y de mala calidad. Comentamos al mesero, muy amable se ofreció a verificar porque a él también se le hizo poca cantidad y calidad. Regreso de inmediato y ofreció traer otra porción igual. Hemos ido muchas veces y excelente todo. Esta vez mala experiencia y precios carísimos. Han subido precios de manera desmedida.

They took my reservation but when we showed up for Christmas Eve dinner, they were closed. They did not tell us they were closed. We had to scramble to find a restaurant that we take us. Not happy.

This was our first visit to Mar-Bella in Puerto Morelos. We have been to the one on Isla Mujeres many times. The PM location did not disappoint. Despite being smaller, the quality of the food and service was the same. We look forward to returning to Puerto Morelos and will definitely return for a fabulous lunch.
