Lovely setting and food. Sit outside on the patio. Taste wines next door first to know what to order with the food. Goan Fish curry was delicious.

New menu and ambiance! The soft chairs are a nice change and very comfortable. The layout of the tables is better and more intimate than the previous restaurant. The small waiting area and the chandeliers are a nice touch. The food was excellent. We couldn't decide from the range of choices, but settled on the butter chicken and potato koftas as sharing plates with a side of rice. Lovely presentation of food and the drinks were perfectly paired. We were impressed with the all of the improvements and will definitely come again!

We were spoiled by the Masala Bistro, which was previously here. This place isn't a patch on that. The room, which had great ambiance, in keeping with the cuisine, has been literally gutted of all soft furnishings, including window or floor coverings. There is zero ambiance, just a minimalist sparse room, with no background music for atmosphere . It felt to us like eating in someone's large garage with assorted furniture strewn about, Deck would be a much better option when the weather permits. The food is good. Not exceptional. There is no choice as to spice heat. The butter chicken was very mild to our taste and we were brought some chilli oil to spice it up a bit. The flavour was good, though. Chicken nicely cooked. Pakoras were much enjoyed and the Naan bread was very good, too. We were surprised to see their own Karma wine was marked up to about double what the winery tasting room next door charges - but we had a bottle anyway because we like it a lot. The local lager for $12:00 a pint seemed expensive and had I paid attention before ordering, would not have purchased it.

This was our second visit to Manzil since it opened. We brought some friends this time and were able to enjoy more menu items. We had pakora, sablefish, butter chicken with rice and Naan. All were excellent and the naan is authentic and made on site. We paired the food with Kismet's Moksha wine which went well with everything. We had a nice evening and the service was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Outstanding food and service ! So glad we came for lunch. We ate the pakoras, tuna, butter chicken and paneer in saag. Can’t wait to go back one day.

We've been missing the option to eat at Kismet over the last 6 months and it was worth the wait. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was better than ever.
