Hard to judge a place on Mother's Day - as many are striving to survive - but MB Post has lost the creative delights they were once well known for. The food and drinks were average at best.

We had a fantastic experience with Ricky at the bar. He was super attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. As well as super knowledgable about mixology, food and everything MB post! We are locals and we look forward to coming back for many date nights to come

This was really disappointing, I remember when MB post was awesome, and things have fallen substantially. Drinks were good, biscuits were good to very good, Chefs board was ok, scallops ok. Steak and green beans were both a disaster…terrible, tough cut of meat, undercooked (they recommended mid-rare and I agreed, came out rare) and way over seasoned. Service was all over the place, long waits and nothing came out at the right time. We wanted to leave but were made to wait as they brought us a free desert…which was actually a marketing pitch about their the 9th restaturant they’re opening next week. Dude, just please focus more on your first 8. This place is LOUD and they keep the music cranked up so it makes it difficult if you actually like talking to the person you’re having dinner with. But if you’re the type that prefers scrolling and taking pictures of your food well then I guess this place is for you.

excellent choice. excellent service. excellent food. excellent cocktails. i can understand how the music is to too loud for some folks- but it really works with the space & the vibe. keeps the rhythm uplifted & moving forward! The fried chxn & those green beans are fkn delicious! If I lived in Los Angeles - I would be returning.

Good good! Love those cheddar biscuits. Just beware that the do not honor the 15 minute grace period that open table states. We tried calling to say we were running a little late, never picked and gave away our table by the time we got there 12 MINUTES PAST OUR RESI

We experienced amazing high level food and service. The ambiance was very lively on a Saturday night. We are not young so the noise level was too high for us. We loved MBP before as now. From now on, it’s lunch.

Disappointing changes to the menu since I last went here. Much less variety and outside of the biscuits which were outstanding, the remainder of the dishes were good but unremarkable.

Had not been to MB Post in years and was glad we came for a dinner on a busy Satruday night. Service was outstanding and food was very good to excellent. Stand outs were the mussels in green curry, green beans and scallops with peas.

Manhattan Beach Post for a customer dinner was a great setting. It was loud, energetic and the food was solid. Highly recommend the Prawns with the Patatas Bravas - definitely a stand out.

Creative, inspired and very varied menu of Asian-inspired tastes. High points were the Japanese eggplant, spicy beans and mussels. Oh, and the chicken liver toast. And pro tip: they can make many of the signature dishes without meat.

MB Post is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service never disappoint. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked medium rare. The shareables were creative and flavorful, and we loved the strawberry shortcake dessert. It's easy to recommend. The only thing we didn't love was the noise level.

The food was amazing - if you like to sample lots of amazing flavors, this is a great place for you! Lots of super innovative and delicious shareable dishes. I did find the wine by the glass quite pricey, but their cocktails were worth every penny!

Came here for Easter brunch and it certainly did not disappoint. My new favorite menu item is the lobster avocado toast - I would eat that every morning if I could! Breakfast sandwich was okay, but the bruleed French toast and quiche Lorraine were quite delicious. The service was friendly and on point, as usual.

Visiting Post was a nice experience. The food was good but not outstanding like we had hoped based on past reviews and research. Nothing negative to say really just that it was a good meal but nothing that impressed us. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable dinner.

Great service and food! Had the Hamachi crudo, blue Caledonian prawns, skirt steak and arrabiata spaghetti. Everything was well prepared and staff very friendly and attentive.

Nice presentation, tasty but slightly salty for me. Not everybody in the party agreed with my opinion regarding the salt.
