Mancy’s Bluewater Grille offers a semi-private dining room to groups of 25 to 30 people. Semi-private dining is available for both lunch and dinner, and is based on availability at the time you make a reservation. A $50 deposit is required to reserve our semi-private room, which is refundable given a two week cancellation notice. All semi-private parties will be one check, and an applicable sales tax and an 18% gratuity will be applied to the entire bill. Mancy’s Bluewater Grille accepts reservations up to two months in advance.

We arrived at 6:58 pm. The staff was more than welcoming. Upon seating we were told they were out of many menu items which put a damper on things as it was Mother’s Day so at the time there were no other suitable places for us to go so we stayed. Our appetizers (crab cakes) were less than warm and not tasty. Or salads were full of stalks and water. It took an astronomical amount of time to receive our steaks 8:46 pm and when we did receive them they were severely undercooked and baked potato cold… so we sent them back. The manager offered free desert and to comp one of the steaks due to the wait time we endured as he knew there should have been no reason where people whom were seated and ordered an hour after us had received their food and we hadn’t. When the steaks returned they were ok. At this time it was after 9 pm and I no longer wanted the food. We left a generous tip based on service from the wait staff and management. The food can use a lot of work. We won’t be driving two hours again .

We have been to Bluewater many times. Overall the food is good. We ordered our Filet Medium + and it came back rare so we had to send it back. The Baked Potato was smaller than usual. The Caesar Salad was average. The overall service was average. They could have done better clearing plates as we finished to make more room for the entrees. Overall decent meal.

Our server was great, but the noise level was high and the room was cold, even with a sweater. We were so disappointed that the food was not up to par. I had the scallops and my scallops were luke warm, the sauce was room temperature, and the asparagus was cold. The risotto was fine. They did take it back and heat it up, but it still wasn't hot, and more cooking would have ruined the scallops. I didn't think the 3 scallops merited a $46 price, especially when the tuna entrée came with 2 large pieces of tuna and was only $41.

Took a friend for dinner. Table for 4 was a lovely private room. The waiter Anthony was attentive and good to begin with but then everything was rushed, unlike any previous experiences with any of the Mancy restaurants. My wife and son had steak and it was brought out well done when we had asked for it to be done medium. This was corrected. The waiter brought the bill out before asking us if we were interested in any dessert or coffee. I had to tell him we wanted cappuccino and dessert. My cappuccino was brought out but no sugar. The food was delicious, the ambiance was good but the service was rushed and poor.

On my wife's birthday we chose the Bluewater Grill as a special place for the occasion. It turned out to be a good choice. Our server Michael was warm and professional upon our seating. Drinks and warm bread were promptly served. The Caesar's salad was ordinary but at least contained anchovies that I had requested. Our entrees were the highlight of the evening . We both had the house special halibut and it was served hot and delicious. My wife's birthday prompted a wonderful dessert that was on the house...vanilla bean creme brule. We shared it and loved every bite. While expensive (but no more than any other first class restaurant in the Toledo area), the Bluewater Grill is definitely an excellent choice for that special occasion We will be back!

Very likely the best meal ever. Passing thru Maumee and found on trip advisor. We indulged in shrimp cocktail, soup (lobster bisque and clam chowder). Both were excellent. Huge amount of lobster just delicious. Special was crab stuffed flounder, equal amount of perfectly done crab and flounder. My husband had filet Oscar style, again perfectly prepared. Artisan style fresh bread with Parmesan and garlic was to die for. Too full for dessert but opt d to share a grasshopper. Server, Dion, was A+++. Knowledgeable about all the entrees. Very nice and timed all courses perfectly. Go hungry. You won’t be disappointed. Also a very good wine and cocktail list. Cool raw bar with hanging ice. Nice bar are too.

I used to love this place. Ordered scallops & got 3 scallops for $43. It was my husband’s birthday, he drank 2 Manhattan’s & the price was $18.75 EACH. Prices were outrageous for an average experience. Will be a long time before I go back

We went to Bluewater Grille for our Anniversary and the food was excellent. I had Filet Mignon and my wife had stuffed Flounder. The waitress provided great service. We also had Calamari as an Appetizer and Key Lime Pie and Crème Brûlée for dessert which were also very good.

We had halibut prepared two different ways and it was fantastic. Christine could not have been more helpful as our server. Mandy's Bluewater is always a sure bet!

We always have a great experience at Bluewater and again it did not disappoint. We were hosting 2 guests from out of town and they were impressed with such a high end experience in a town the size of Toledo.

The food was very good, however our waiter was making excuses for lack of bread and other services. The ambiance was good for celebrating a anniversary. Yes I would go back again but, would hope for a different server that was more attentive.

Our waiter was excellent. He kept coming back to see if we were ready to order. 45 minutes later our last friend arrived late. The waiter was then able to serve us. We had asked for bread while we waited—-and that arrived quickly. 4 women talking constantly were well served. A loud group was seated next to us only the last 30 minutes. Overall great experience.

The food was fantastic!!!! Had salmon and halibut that were beautifully presented and tasty. The waitress, Victoria, was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She allowed us to "dine"--that is we did not feel rushed! Strongly recommend!!!

Unfortunately it was a big miss tonight. Kitchen was out of many dishes including no baked potatoes! Food was served lukewarm. Portions of fish were small. It was a disappointing dining experience, especially with the bill. It was not worth the cost of the meal at all.

Enjoyed 6 very large shrimp with the cocktail order. Caesar salad was a little under flavored but the delmonico steak and baked potato were excellent. The service was o.k., a little slow out of the kitchen.

Very expensive drinks, appetizers, and main entrees. Fish was hot off the grill, but sides (potatoes & vegetables) were barely even warm. Had to send back one plate to get nuked. Service was excellent! Server was friendly, efficient, and attentive.

To start this restaurant is a nice relaxing welcoming environment and a decent place to eat if it’s within your budget and is a solid restarting… but it didn’t leave a good first impression. I ordered the maple salmon and it was was a solid bite and very filling but it was pretty bland. They gave me salt and pepper grinders so it wasn’t bad but not worth the $34 I paid for it. Probably a simple chef error it happens not really a huge deal especially because my girlfriends food was amazing. She had the seafood pasta and it was the best thing I’ve ever had in my life and would definitely get that next time we return. The drinks were practically straight alcohol so we didn’t really drink much of those as we had to drive home but definitely a good size drink for the price if you’re into something extra strong. I loved the environment of it and the lighting. It’s nice and quiet and very welcoming and calm. The service was good and the waiter came back to check on us regularly, but made his priority of our experience to try and sell us everything and anything he could whenever he had the chance. If felt like I was trying to be drained of my money rather than ensured I had a great night… It really ruined the experience for me especially being a place I can only afford to go out to a couple times a year and went out to as our Valentine’s date…. I feel with a different waiter a different visit would be a way better experience.
