Ben was amazing as usual we really appreciate his service. Kitchen missed a requested added ingredient. When returned the chicken was cold. Wish the cooks were as attentive as the service.

We were competing with two large tables (one with 15 or 20 and a party of 8). Server was very nice but she was clearly preoccupied with the large tables. Caprese salad was awesome as was garlic bread. My linguine and clam sauce was very small, watery and not very hot. Pasta primavera with salmon was very good. Ravena was lukewarm. Zappoli for dessert was best part. Drink refills did not come nor were they offered. No coffee offered. First time we have been for a few years. Has always been excellent in past. Little underwhelming honestly. Not going to rush back for sure. Still a decent place IMO; our experience was likely as a result of the pressure on kitchen staff and wait staff. $175 for 4 people. No drinks/wine. Pop and large bottle of Pellagrino. 🙂

We are ecstatic to your Salmon and Pasta Primavera was delicious, though again, we are disappointed to hear your other entrees did not live up to your standards or ours. We will take all of your feedback to heart, working to better train our (mostly) new, though very capable and caring team!

We came for your signature nachos which used to have a meatball and prosciutto alfredo sauce. We noticed right away that there wasn't any prosciutto or sausage in the sauce like there used to be. We asked the waitress and she said you went back to the old recipe without the prosciutto. Without the proscuitto the nachos were just okay, they weren't very flavorful. We won't be ordering them again. Everything else was wonderful! If prosciutto is too expensive, you should just raise the price of the nachos and keep the prosciutto and meatball alfredo sauce.

The food was soooo watery. I have been to mambos many times and it’s always fantastic but tonight every dish at my table was watery. It mostly is thick, creamy and rich but tonight it was like they completely changed the recipe. My waitress was amazing, kind, and energetic. But the pasta was lackluster. Bring back the old menu with the food locals have grown to love!

Watery is not to our standard, so we apologize this was your experience on this front. We have worked hard these past months to tighten up our dishes to original recipes locals know and love. The "old" menu is in play, less a couple items and we will use your valuable feedback to continue to grow, train and do better. We appreciate you!

We were seated later than our reservation at a 4 person table and sat there for a good period of time. We had a drink and good conversation until they came back and broke our table down for another two people. My food came cold and very salty (white sauce/pasta water). My wife’s meal was hot and tasty. They did buy our first round, but I would have preferred not to be disturb. It took away from our evening out.

Food was off. Pasta sauce was watery, and the pizza was runny with some of the cheese not melted. Nachos were great.

The Chiopino was not as good as it has been in the past. I'm thinking this is just a small hitch in a new chef or helper. As always, it is always a pleasure to have Taylor as my server. And to see Darcy.

We waited over an hour for our food and both our fishes. And our missing items we paid extra for. However what did come rated great. Not sure what happened as it was not busy at all in the restaurant. Staff was very nice and very apologetic. We will return. It really hope our next experience is much better
