🔺The food is tasty. 🔺The menu is small. 🔺The view is meh! 🔺 They won’t move the umbrellas, so if your chairs is in the sun, too bad! 🔺The service is SUPER-SLOW and lacking. 🔺18% “service fee” automatically added to the check - we assumed that was a “tip” for a party of 4— is that even legal?? 🔺Street parking with transients present in the area. 🔺Valet was $20 + tip.

Came here Saturday afternoon for a meal..arrived 4.45pm, and did not have a reservation but was told its reservations only and our only option is to order at the bar. There were however plenty of tables on Opentable so we proceeded to make a reservation for 5pm. Seems the host was uncomfortable about the fact we made a same day reservation, and told us that there's another booking for 5pm who would take priority. We then returned to the hosts desk at 5.02pm to request to be seated; side note there was an empty table for 4 available since our arrival. I asked the host if we can be seated now, and she told us we needed to wait 15 minutes to see if that 'other' booking would show up because they booked over a week ago, and we made a same-day It was very strange why we needed to wait for someone to be potentially late or a no show given we then HAD a confirmed reservation. I requested to speak to the manager who came and then LIED and said that the other 5pm booking is for Riley she's already here and checked in... just for some reason she's not claiming the table? It clearly was a lie, but was the only excuse they could find to explain why we cannot be seated. 5.15pm comes and 'Riley' is clearly a no show so they tell us they are preparing the table for us. 5.20pm comes and 'Riley' shows up for her booking! The same Riley I was told is already here. They proceed to seat Riley immediately at a different available table We were FINALLY seated at 5.35PM at the same table which was vacant since our arrival time of 4.45pm. I really don't know why we didn't just leave.. but I was too hungry at that point to find alternate dining.

Portions seem to have gotten a bit smaller since last visiting, but an enjoyable experience as always with excellent vibes.

Reservation was at 5.15pm. We made it there on time, but after waiting in security and elevator line, we didnt get to the host stand until 5.31pm. The host looked me in the eye and said "we only have a 15min grace period, so we have to give your res away" I looked at my phone and said how can that be possible if its literally 5.31pm.... He looked at me weird and then went our got our table ready. Have no idea why that happened but it started the evening off on a weird vibe. We had a nice time after that though. I've been here a few times. The rooftop is so nice and the drinks are good, the music is always bad though but its part of the fun.

Group of 5; one who is 40 year old did not have her ID so the whole group was rejected. Ended up downstairs; was ok but nothing special

We weren’t impressed. The district is dirty, full of homeless around. Rooftop itself is Ok, view is ok, nothing special, but it was very very loud because of music dj was playing, so difficult to even talk. Food is ok, nothing special, was a little overpriced. They added additional service fee, but on menu it says this is 18% gratuity which we found out after, a little misleading on the receipt, so beware of double tipping.

I really love this place! It’s very lively and can be loud but is so much fun! Food is good and not overly priced, same with the drinks, and the service is fantastic! Our server, Tito, was absolutely fabulous! Every time I’ve been it’s been great vibes! Good people, good food and great service in a fun and lively atmosphere.

Food, music, ambiance, and views were great! Kitchen is small so food took a while to come out which is okay but everyone at the table got their food 5-10 minutes apart wish they would have brought out everyone’s food at the same time.

Usually it’s good. This time I made the reservation and once we got there on time, they told us it’s closed upstairs, at 10.30pm on Thursday? Wouldn’t even let us go upstairs for our reservation. Highly unusual and uncalled for. I am yet to hear why this wasn’t canceled if the place really is closed.

Long story short; Nate is amazing! As was the gentlemen with glasses ( I don't want to say the wrong name)! We parked it all day until our flight left. Some of the family stayed at the hotel. We brought in the new year there the night before after dinner elsewhere. It was just a good time and great service! Cheers!

Rooftop is full of fruit flies due to the plants so food & drinks get covered by them in few minutes. Very disappointing!!! Won’t go back & do not recommend.
