I've been a NYer for 5 years and I have eaten at horrible restaurants with excellent service and amazing restaurants with horrific service. I booked my bday dinner here with my girlfriends and the hosts were very accommodating and sat us at a great table right away! The food, so good and LOTS of options for people with dietary restrictions. What was very surprising to us was the service. The tables around us had a dedicated server and two parties came and went in the time we were there. Our drinks were two cocktails and a bottle of wine which took 25 minutes to arrive. We flagged three different servers down during our time there, asking for basic things; water refills, drink updates, forks, and extra plates for sharing. The manager was very sweet and apologized profusely for us being fully ignored during our stay. It was the worst service experience I've had, and as this was a special dinner, I was reasonably upset. She remedied it by comping our drinks and sending us free desserts (we were ready to go because of how upset we were and it was my birthday...). We felt better before we left but don't let this review steer you from dining here for happy hour or dinner, the food is Wonderful and the cocktails are fun! Just be cautious.

Always enjoy Malibu Farm's food, drinks and ambience. A favorite go to when enjoying Siuth Street Seaport.

This was my first time at Malibu Farm, and it won’t be my last. The space is beautiful, and offers the most wonderful views. The roasted red pepper hummus was just amazing. The vegan salad with beets, apples and avocado was so fresh and delicious. And the vegan sundae was perfection. My server Pierre was terrific, and made certain that my experience was perfect. Definitely worth the trip to the South Street Seaport.

Really delicious food and varied menu. Staff very courteous and service was prompt though not rushed.

Great location but the food was terrible. The potatoes and burger were super oily. The ceviche had egg white in it for some reason, with what seemed like thousand island. The best part were the chips.

The service was terrible, things did not come out at the same time. Multiple servers were overseeing our table which created a lot of confusion. Would not go back.

I came here with $ friends for my birthday. The food was phenomenal. Drinks spectacular. Service absolutely perfect. Might have been one of my best birthday experiences yet.
