I went to Makers Union on 5/26/2024. While the food was amazing, my party waited over an hour to be seated at a table. We got to the restaurant at 145pm for a 2pm reservation and the front desk host did not do the best job of managing the line of people at the door. There was no order at the restaurant and we shouldn’t have waited an hour to get seated after booking a reservation on Open Table. I think Makers Union needs to enforce a time limit at the tables. Maybe 90 minute time limit to eat at a table to help with the service. There were many tables yesterday who were there longer than 90 minutes which makes it harder for those who are waiting. When I went to Makers Union on 5/19/2024, I had no wait and had a much better experience

Great vibe and awesome cocktail drinks. Definitely need to try the steak n fries!!!

Prices are very high for the quality of food delivered. $28 french dip sandwiches were dry and tough. Cheeseburger was overdone and dry. Restaurant was at least 80 degrees inside - the waiter was sweating profusely (in fact he was wearing portable fans around his neck to cool himself down). The acoustics are very loud - the place was only 1/2 full, yet we could barely hear the couple across the table. Wouldn't got back.

We were sat for almost 25 minutes and no one came up to us at all so we left.

The location was a little smaller than I anticipated, but it was definitely a cute intimate Vibe that I appreciate. Dani did an amazing job with our party of 9. She made accommodations for us and went the extra mile to make sure we were all good. She even solicited additional help for the table when she felt it was needed. I can't remember the young ladies name but she was also amazing. She came around to make sure anything we needed was replenished. Dani also took a second to take our group picture. I would definitely come back again. Thank you for the great experience

The cornflake French toast was not very tasteful and I only received 1 piece. For the piece, I thought I would be at least getting 3.

First time coming to Makers Union - The Wharf and will definitely come back. The place had great vibes and good food. Will be bringing my family back for the family style brunch that is offered.

We had a hilariously bad experience here. The waitress came to our table once in 55 minutes, we had to order drinks from the bar after being seated. She took our app order but never came back to take our meal order. She was borderline hostile. After sitting for so long without service we left to eat at different place. We left laughing that something so bad can exist in such a cool place like the wharf.
