Loved the first three times we came. Food and service amazing. Not so much this time. It was a late reservation and we were treated like an afterthought. Service was lacking. Appetizers and seafood hot and sour soup delicious but entree just average. Will go back again, but not so sure about arriving late when there isn't as much attention to detail.

This was a very intimate restaurant with tasty food, great service and great drinks. It's definitely an upscale experience, so come well dressed (chic).

The restaurant is spectacular. But the drink and the food service was really slow. Our waiter was extremely nice and courteous. But each drink order would take about 20-30 minutes to arrive. The menu was excellent. But the food was not as expected for an expensive place like this. The appetizers and the main courses arrived in an incosistent manner and we had to wait for plate changes once the main courses arrived in a family style manner and sat on the table for about 10 minutes. Everyone was incredibly nice and polite. But the level of service, food items and execution was not up to the price point and the standard this restaurant would like to be. We will probably go back, but I will lower my expectations.

As always, we come for any special occasion but if we lived in the city we would be regulars. We love the attention to detail. The way when we arrive they already know our names and tell the birthday recipients (happened to be our youngest son) Happy Birthday right away! It sets the tone and everyone feels welcome and appreciated. The food is always consistent and yummy. Our faves are the xiao long bao, veggie fried rice, the lamb shoulder, and this time we tried the wagyu steak (it didn’t disappoint) The best is the delicious signature dessert Mandarin Fields that has a lovely presentation to wow anyone and an even better explosion of flavor. My family just loves going here and we hope they continue to be here for years to come!

I totally jacked up our anniversary plans and we ended up eating dinner at 10:45 at night. Despite the fact that we were the last people in the restaurant, the service, food, and vibes were all great! We were big fans of the Peking Duck and particularly the mustard that came along with the chicken bao buns. Will definitely be returning!

Been here twice and the food, service and atmosphere were really great. Only minor suggestion is to rethink the stacking of the dishes the team does before taking plates away. It’s intrusive and a little odd. It seems to be a trained thing because more than one person did it at our table throughout the evening. Very minor. Great experience overall.
