Overall I came here for a nice dinner and ended up fighting with manager as she put a limit on our table without any prior notice and made up multiple stories as to why. I have been here multiple times before and never faced such an experience overall after my previous times coming I will no longer be giving my money here and could not handle how rude she was after asking for her name she yelled at me that it was irrelevant and had multiple delusions about me and my party.

Let me first start off by saying some of the reviews was not great, and I was scared to go. I went on Friday night, and it was so spectacular, like you are dining in a Las Vegas casino/ restaurant. The ambience was amazing, the food was delicious and the customer service was everything. Our waiter suggested the food and the drinks, and everything was a 10/10. The prices are just like any other restaurant in Hollywood. I will definitely be returning for my birthday.

Firstly I’ll say the experience starts with me here. I picked a location that was obviously out of my comfort zone and suitable for a date night with my wife. However, I found that the value to level of food quality was way off. I think we did two drinks, 1 entree each and an app to share came out greater than 200 bucks with a mandatory 20 percent tipping. Before someone gives me some stick for this I almost always do 20% or higher but when staff aren’t incentivized to earn the good tip the service seems off, just like when our waitress went missing as we are looking for more drinks. Which only hurts here in long run as the bill is lower

We had a really great time! Our server was amazing, everyone was quick to clear plates, fill drinks, bring food. The entertainment was fun and lively. The food was tasty. It was a good way to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. If you don't mind spending at least $100 per person, this is definitely the place to spend a couple hours (2 hour max at the table).

For the price, it is overpriced. The food is okay at best. The drinks are not great, but very pricey. $23 for a signature margarita that is more like juice than anything. I ordered the shrimp entree for $43 and all I got was 4-5 shrimp in sauce. Nothing else. All the other entrees had sides included. The sushi was probably the best thing I had on the menu. The shows were all great. It is definitely an experience. The service was BELOW STANDARDS! The waitresses all stood around against the wall and talked to each other. If you needed something, you had to flag them down. For a 22% tip, they are robbing people. I have had far better service at Fleming’s and Mastro’s.

Will be filling a class action suit against MainRo for violating our privacy rights (California Song-Beverly Credit Card Act) if you don’t know what that is; it’s requiring us to present ID with Credit cards which is a violation in California. The reason I’m so against this, is a while ago, after giving my ID and credit card, several unauthorized charges were made on my card. I was there again last night and they required my ID and now obsessively checking my account. I should not have to do this!!! Respond if you want to join in on the suit if they have ever requested your ID for payment

I really liked this place, great food and service. The cocktails are absolutely amazing!!! The only things is that as soon I walked in I had a table upstairs and was my b-day so I request downstairs, they told me to wait one hour and they would switch the table for 200$ por person instead of 150$ I accepted. One the table was ready they scam me and asked me 250$ por person take it or leave it. I accepted cause the bday but was totally unfair overcharge 100$ extra for a “last minute” when before they told me 200$. Scam !

This is probably one of the best restaurants experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Funny enough, I came upon this restaurant by accident. I came to Hollywood looking for a good time and a good restaurant to have my birthday dinner with my best friend. Did not disappoint! The food was exceptional, the service is very fast and friendly, and they put on a great show! I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back every time I visit Hollywood!

On my reservation it said a minimum of $100 per person. The restaurant changed it to a minimum of $150 per person. Miguel the manager says I should’ve showed him when I first got there. But we had an entire conversation about the minimum. He acted as though he didn’t know what I was speaking of. Not ok to change the minimum and not update the party

Everything was good our waitress is nice the food was good. except the part that when making a modification for our reservation. The girl(ISSANY) that I was talking too was so rude she even hang up the phone while i was taking. She told me just call her when my background is not loud but already explained to her that Im at work and I just need to let her know that we need to upgrade our seat from regular seat to downstairs table and we are willing to pay how much its going to be. and when we already at mainrō my mom talked to her to move us in different seat and she gave her an attitude. This is a goog place but when one of your employees doesnt know how to respect costumer this will affect ur bussiness.

I can’t remember our servers name, but she was absolutely amazing! She killed it and had the best recommendations and most lively spirit. Cocktails were beautiful and tasted amazing. A complete VIP restaurant. Food was off the hook!! All of the performers were 10/10

We went there to celebrate my birthday!!!! 🎊 The ambiance was all I expected. Food 💯. I highly recommend the duck and chicken for entrees. But you actually cant go wrong with that menu. Fun place to celebrate. I feel so bad that I cant remember the waitress/server name. She was super nice. Gave us advice on where to go, since we were visiting from Dallas.

Wow…this place definitely left a lasting impression on me. I would absolutely go back. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.
