Visited Madison with my friends for a birthday party and we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Alex who looked after us and made our night special! Looking forward to our next visit!

Service was good but the quality of the food and the ambiance were below average. Not recommended for special occasions.

Enjoyed bottomless brunch, service was great the fizz was glowing, great setting with a buzzy, lively atmosphere. Food was bit of a mix. We went for chicken tenders, yellowfin tuna & croquettes for starters all were very nice. Steak for mains it was not the best, wouldn’t order again as very tough and tasteless. Desserts we had cheese cake and brownie both were lovely. Will definitely return we had a great day!

Wanted and booked the terrace but was taken inside without any warning or explanation. Was very expensive considering i didn't get what I booked. Service and food were nice.

Morning 😊 I don’t often write reviews well never actually but I just wanted to say what a lovely evening I had last night honestly the service was impeccable the food fabulous staff amazing and music banging ! From start to finish your team took care of us just a shame I had to leave early as had a busy week and work this morning but 1 million percent I will be back - now down as one of my absolute favourite venues in London so just thought I’d message to say thank you 🙏

Loved going to Madison over and over again . It was my third visit . The ambience , service food all seems perfect . We were assisted by Ashwin and he came across as super friendly , courteous and polite guy. We would love to come back again !

Food was really good, and had a set menu offer on that was really good value. Setting and ambience was really good. Service however was not great despite the restaurant only being half full. We arrived on time for our booking and table wasn’t ready, but instead of being guided to somewhere to wait we were told to go back downstairs, walk around and come back later. When we did eventually get our table we were given the wrong menus, despite showing our booking with the set menu selection to multiple members of staff. We had pre paid so upon finishing we asked for the bill as we were told there was service to pay, this took 10 minutes to arrive and another 10 minutes to have a card machine brought over. Would have reduced the service as it wasn’t great but didn't want to wait even longer for that to be arranged!

Really unhappy with the service and treatment of the waiting staff. We were waiting 30 mins for our drinks order to be taken, a further 40 mins for our food order to be taken. They gave no eye contact to our table it was hard to get their attention. One of our foods we had to send back and we had to wait 25 mins for a replacement so wasn't able to eat together, this was extremely disappointing considering it was my sisters bday. The bday dessert was then given to me instead of my sister after her telling the waiter at least 4 times that it was her bday. Overall just really shocking and disappointing.
