Wanted to move our reservation for more exploring, was able to message restaurant and they did a quick response and were able to make that change for us, the Food was delicious, the service incredible by Alex, we received our food so fast and the bartenders made amazing cocktails and to your preference. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

had a great meal at madame butterfly. it was a quiet evening, easy to chat, shrimp appetizer was great as was the entre, and the martinis were perfect. will be back soon.

John provided outstanding service and food advice. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The food is amazing! I recommend everything on the menu!!

After my third visit, I think it’s fair to write this honest review. It’s a fun concept but honestly for the price point, the small mom and pops spots in pooler of all places outshine their quality for a fraction of the cost. We did bbq and regular tables, averaging about 200-250$ per trip, and yesterday’s visit will be my last. Left completely underwhelmed. Food was not coursed the first two visits although specifically asking (apps and bbq only third trip), all courses came at once again; several apps, soups, and all mains, which were cold by the time first course was consumed. Then she had enough nerve to serve the check on top of full table with just delivered dishes. The quality of meat is very questionable for the price and advertising of quality. One of our burners was not working at the large table so it was boiling the meat vs grilling it, and the quality of meat was definitely subpar to the most basic dinning experiences. The quality has gone down since the change in chefs. The sides are also very subpar to most basic Korean bbq places, there was only 4 options in 3oz ramekins. Also the hostess put us on the elevator without assistance nor directions therefore it opened to a broom closet. No itemized receipt either. I absolutely love all their other locations and have since their inception, I wish this location wasn’t so dissatisfying.

Exceptional Meal , NY Strip was one of the best Steaks i have ever had. Madame Butterfly is our staple now, all occasions that is where we go ! Thanks also to Dante or waiter for outstanding Service ! made the evening extra special

Great restaurant with friendly service. Love the options between ordering off the regular menu and doing traditional Korean BBQ.

The appetizers were delicious - Madame butterfly shrimp and shrimp skewers - I had scallops with curry sauce - huge scallops and very tasty- my husband had the special fish sea bass with a crab cake on top with mixed veggies - all in all a wonderful experience and the restaurant bar is beautiful 😍

Went on a Monday evening and had a reservation at 7:15pm. It wasn’t until about 7:25 that we were seated (I understand it is Korean BBQ which takes time to setup, but 10min is a long time to wait with a reservation). Server was friendly and was waiting on tables for the entire upstairs, so service was a little slow at times but overall good. Got the meat lovers feast. Food was excellent; being able to cook and season the meat yourself makes it a one-of-a-kind experience. Quality of the meat is much better than the Melting Pot in my opinion. Overall very nice Monday date night dinner
