Bad service, not good experience, waiter was very slow and not able to bring drinks, hot sauce, had to ask him 3 times for the same all night, decide to ask for check and leave to tolouse wich is a minute walk from Mad! 😠

The version of Paella was weak to say the least. All it consisted of was chicken and few vegetables for color and burnt rice. Food was cold and when the waiter was informed management never came by to see what happened. Crappy way to spend an Anniversary!! Live and learn!!

The place was almost empty, only a few tables were being occupied. After 40 minutes we decided to leave because they didnt take out order yet. We only got to order wine, and the waiter insisted we should order a more expensive one, saying that he knew about wine and that he was the wine “director”. When the wine came, he didnt even know how to pour a glass of wine, allowing us to taste fist, etc. the place was also dirty and the staff was mostly careless.

Ok as always, the service is amazing. They changed their tasting menu, which to me wasn’t as good as the old one. Some of the dishes that came out were bland or tough. The duck dish in particularly was tough, bland, and still had hair on some parts. It just wasn’t as amazing as I remember it being the last 2 times. Definitely disappointing as it isn’t a cheap meal

We came here on my friend’s recommendation. We came during brunch time. Ambiance was good enough but it felt like a place for people in their 20s. However, we still enjoyed the food and the great service.

A group of 6 of us went early for Happy Hour and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was our 1st time and our server did an outstanding job with food and drink recommendations. We had a little bit of almost everything on the menu. lol. Some of our groups favorites were Jamon Iberico, Steak Tartare, Bravas Tomas, Filet Mignon, and Pulpo. For Dessert we enjoyed the Huevos Voladores and the Churros. I can’t wait to go back!

Really, really great food. This is the main thing. Good food when paired with a cool, vibrant atmosphere, makes a night out perfect for me. Place is cool, full of dressed up beautiful people. Service was a bit of a disappointment. Very loud place, too dark to read the menu and a waiter tot much interested in explaining it to you.

Interior had a really cool vibe -felt very modern and decadent. The drinks were "fancy" and fun! It was hard not to watch to see what others were getting and then having to ask the waiter-"what's 'that' and can I get one of those?" I had steak for dinner-it was good-the rice (not a rice eater) was phenomenal!🤯rice...?!?!?! YES! My rule of thumb, order steak from a steakhouse but I continue to break my own rules in search of a non steak house super power. The service was on point and constant. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

The food was quite disappointing, to be honest. From the tapas (appetizer) to the shrimp paella (entree) and was very much over-priced. We had the sombrassada honeycomb bread ($4 each) and seared scallops (2 for $20) for tapas. The bread was not good and I've had better scallops for cheaper (in the US and Spain). The paella was lukewarm at best and it didn't taste well. This is all coming from someone who has been to Spain multiple times, as recent as 2 months ago, and has experienced the authentic cuisine. And the drinks were not great either, but were pricey! Not to mention I only saw ONE cava on the drink menu. I would not recommend.

Some prices are fair for the quality of food you’re getting and some are a little extreme but overall it’s a great experience everytime I got to MAD. The desserts are honestly amazing and mostly everything we got basically melted in our mouths. Will be back again!

Not worth the money. The food was fine but not to the level of the cost. The service was very, very slow. 30 mins before the drinks came to the table. Another 30 before food and the room was maybe 20% full.

Food is average to slightly below. Service is wonderful and atmosphere is fun. Just like Spain the food just isn’t great. Also just like Spain the atmosphere is lively and festive!
