A fantastic new addition to the FTL dining scene. Some innovative & tasty dishes including the avocado/caviar & shrimp toast. Their wine program is top notch including the stemware, somm Zack & all you can drink Veuve Clicquot for $60. For those a little more adventurous try the omakase chefs counter. Service is warm, friendly & knowledgeable.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant. I wanted to bring a couple friends. Once again, it was the best dinning experience I have had in many years. I frequent great restaurants in all of south florida and this restaurant is On-Point! The service is over the top, the food, flavor, presentation. Over the top. Can’t wait to go again. Nice touch is a brought a nice bottle of wine and in June there is no charge for corkage.

I took my wife here for her birthday and it was exactly what we wanted. The setting was perfect and the service excellent. The food is simply sensational. For the starters I had the roasted avocado and my wife the tuna crudo. Both were outstanding. For the main course, I had the scallops. I can't remember ever having better scallops. And then there was the asparagus. It was served in a buttermilk dressing that was fantastic. For dessert the chocolate cake was extremely good but the shaved vanilla ice is a dish you won't easily find elsewhere. The focus is on flavor and preparation rather than quantity. So you may want to order more items than you usually do. The meal was expensive but given the quality, I thought it was a very good value.

Every course was amazing. The seafood was fresh & flavorful. The portions are on the smaller side but we were satisfied. The cocktails were creative & tasty. I had an enjoyable birthday dinner!

My husband and I went, and we both loved it. The service was impeccable, and the restaurant's atmosphere was very pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the two cocktails I had, especially the Bebop. My only suggestion for this wonderful restaurant is to perhaps expand the menu a bit to offer more main course options. We started with the Shrimp Toast and Charred Avocado appetizers, both of which were delicious, especially the toast. For the main course, we had the Brioche Stuffed Chicken and the Australian Wagyu Short Rib, both of which are highly recommended. For dessert, we shared the Glazed Chocolate Cake. We will definitely be returning to Maass!
