A terrace overlooking the Arno, near to the beautiful Ponte Vecchio, in the center of Florence. For 15 years this charming bistrot has been exalting Chianina meat (local cattle breed) certified Igp with its proposals. From Florentine T Bone steak to gourmets hamburger from creative tartares to the beloved Chianina beef sushi. Our dishes are prepared exclusively with seasonal ingredients, coming from local and artisanal realities of the Tuscan territory and beyond; we offer a rich choice of strictly seasonal Tuscan dishes, without forgetting vegetarian customers. Such an amazing find! The ambience is lovely - relaxed dining on the terrace next to the Arno with impeccable service from Pietro! He was very knowledgable about the menu and extremely helpful for me as a very fussy diner (both gluten intolerant and vegetarian). The food was delicious and I highly recommend the risotto whilst my husband enjoyed a well cooked burger. We were given plenty of time to enjoy the meal and relax afterwards which is rare in Florence as it can feel very busy at times. 10/10 recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant

Lungarno 23 and Pietro our server were fabulous. The menu delights with a fusion of flavors that elevate traditional dishes to new heights. Each plate is a work of art, meticulously crafted and bursting with fresh ingredients. The ambiance of Lungarno 23 envelopes you with warmth and comfort. Definitely recommend!

The food and wine were fantastic for our group of 8. Our waiter, Pietro, made some incredible recommendations that I would not have otherwise tried. He made the evening all that more enjoyable. The polenta crostini was excellent - I regret not ordering a second. We loved all of the pastas (had all but risotto), the pear & caprese salads and the different steaks we ordered. The only thing we would probably not order again was the Osso with risotto. Desserts were also fantastic! It was a winner all around.
