In the heart of New Orleans, expertly crafted food, spirits and cocktails come together in a unique privately owned micro-distillery and restaurant.

We are quintessentially southern with a distinct Louisiana influence. We are Lula Restaurant-Distillery.

As the first and only restaurant-distillery in New Orleans, Louisiana and in the Southeast US, we promise to offer you an incredible experience in the shadows of our copper still and along the historic streetcar line of St. Charles Avenue.

    Service was abysmal. Took 30 minutes and two trips/requests to the hostess station to get anyone to even take drink orders. Then another 20 minutes before he came back for food orders. Then he brought us the wrong check, and it took another 15 minutes to flag him down to get the right one.

    Really good apps and entrees. The deserts were mediocre. Friendly staff. Good service.

    We really enjoyed our dinner. The food was delicious and our server Monica was so sweet and helpful. She was such a hard worker. We would definitely come back!

    Our “go to” when ever we are close to this restaurant. Always greater warmly and servers Braxton, Andrea and now Carmela are friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and great as are the drinks that incorporate their own brews. LOVE THIS PLACE.

    First time to eat here. We were visiting New Orleans and Lula Distillery was across street from our Inn. Server and food was great. Crawfish Queso appetizer with Wong tong chips was great. Main dish were both great. Large portions with lots of flavor.

    The food was so absolutely incredible. Our wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our experience lovely. I had the pork osso bucco. I don't even know why they gave me a knife! It was so tender it just fell apart. The flavor was amazing! I couldn't finish the whole dish; their portions are generous and the price is VERY reasonable for the kevel of food and service they offer. I'm definitely recommending the place and returning often.

    Braxton is the BEST! Had him on 2 separate occasions and everyone in my party both times were very pleased with his service. Bottomless vodka is the BOMB with the Blueberry Lemonade :). Lamb chops and craw fish mac n cheese
