Lucrezia restaurant, part of the internationally recognized Grupo Hunan Restaurant Group is conveniently located at the Westfield UTC mall in La Jolla at 4301 La Jolla Village Dr.#1050.
Valet parking is located right in front of the restaurant and self parking is available at the mall (first 2 hours free).

We are serving lunch and dinner with a traditional and contemporary Italian flare, featuring extensive cocktail, liquor and wine list. Artisan Neapolitan Pizza prepared in traditional stone oven.

We also feature a fully private dining room perfect for private gatherings and business meetings and events. Fully equipped with A/V and acoustically insulated.

Service was slow, about 10-15 min between appetizers and main. waitress was not very attentive or descriptive on the menu when asked. Also, we sat outside and half way through the meal around 2pm, they lifted the sunshade and let the freezing cold air in. Many people put their coats on around us. As for the food, appetizers were the best (octopus salad and calamari) but the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was less flavorful than Rao’s. Pasta was no where near Al-dente … the Piazza place in the mall has batter pasta and service . Would recommend them over this place. Had to ask for the check and boxes from another server due to wait .

We went for Mother’s Day brunch and will be back! Food is so good and ambience is great. The lobster pizza is chefs kiss!

We arrived for dinner at 8pm and it was obvious that our server was more focused on the guests she had already started serving earlier. I appreciate that in the US it's not uncommon to take empty plates away while others are still eating but to offer a dessert menu when I was 2/3 through my steak was not appreciated and gave the impression they wanted to rush us out. We are back in SD in October with a group of eight so I won't be trusting this restaurant with a party of that size. The food and atmosphere were good , however.

Our 3rd or 4th time here. Nice environment, although a bit loud. The food was good but not great. The risotto was a complete miss with undercooked rice and just looked gray in the bowl. The squid ink linguini and clams was well received by our guests, but the arugula salad was nothing but arugula, and a huge amount of it. Rather unappealing, even for someone who loves arugula. The mushroom pizza was a highlight of the meal that we had as an appetizer. It was very good! A main dish salad with chicken is always a bit underwhelming for a nice dinner house. It would be lovely to be able to add salmon, which the waiter said was available at lunch, but not dinner. Did not eat shellfish, so chicken was the only option. Would also love to see the Branzino offered with a vegetable in addition to roasted tomatoes. While there are many options à la cart, the food is not so exceptional to render a reasonable value when expanding your meal. We also felt the bar prices expensive compared to the quality of the meals. It’s good, nice environment, but not the best value.

We absolutely loved every part of our meal here. When choosing our wine, the bar manager came and helped us pick something after a lengthy discussion about the types of wines we like. He was so very helpful and hit the nail on the head. Stefano was our server and he was absolutely delightful! My husband and I had some great conversation with him about worldly travels. The food was terrific as well but honestly, the personal touch that Stefano and the bar manager gave was what really elevated the whole experience. It was cozy and not too loud - perfect ambiance for a lovely dinner.

Very helpful and pleasant front desk and waitstaff. Food was well-made but not memorable. Prices were higher than some similar level places. Our group enjoyed our meal and I would say I'm likely to go back and to recommend it for someone looking for standard, but not innovative, Italian food.

I’ve been to the restaurant previously and decided to take my mother here for her birthday the service even though the restaurant was not busy was very slow. We had to ask more than two times for salt and pepper refills on tea, desserts that we ordered, etc. it is a very convenient location however, I would not recommend it. One dish of pasta was overcooked one entrée was undercooked. The veal was overcooked and cold. All dishes didn’t come out together unfortunately I cannot give more than a two star for this restaurant.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was hit and miss. My pizza was great, some of the pasta dishes were ok. Our waiter was either having a bad night or just did not want to be there. Made the experience a negative experience. I would go back for the pizza though and ask for another waiter.

We had a lovely experience at Lucrexi last night. The food and ambiance were delightful, but our waiter, Antonio really went out of his way to make sure our Evening was perfect! His recommendations were so helpful! We so enjoyed our Mussels and Insalata Caprese , , our Filet, Pasta Mese and Salsiccia entrees and Tiramisu and Caramel dessert. Our delicious food, , the beautiful ambiance of the restaurants and the knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service , from Antonio, made for a perfect evening for our family of 5. Next time we are in La Jolla, we’ll be back! Grazie Mille!

Service that is spectacular, and food to match. Definitely not your dad’s Italian joint. Very warm and inviting ambiance, and the bar is very inviting too. We have become frequent guests here.

The average mall restaurant, the waitress was lost, she was attending 6 tables and very busy packing leftovers. The food over cooked and tasteless.

Everyone is super friendly & knowledgeable. The pasta we ate was all fresh made pasta! Excellent pasta dishes. Beautiful inside, can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed a birthday dinner at Lucrezia, going early and requesting a table in the back to minimize noise level. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The Crudo appetizer was outstanding—though at $39 expensive but a large portion that we shared. They substituted bucatini for squid ink linguine at our request; it was delicious that way.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience was so impressive tonight that I had to share! My hubby, toddler and I truly enjoyed the food and ambiance here! The food was excellent! The service was terrific! The vibe was unique! A great place to try!

Honestly the atmosphere is the best part. The food is nothing special and there are better spots in San Diego especially for the price. Good food presentation but lacking in quality. Understandable for a newer restaurant.

We went for Easter Sunday . They had a limited breakfast menu but it was still very good. Service was outstanding. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance.

Poor service. We had one child in our party and asked if her dinner could be brought out with the starters. Waitress blamed the kitchen and said her dinner has to be brought out with ours. We were seated for our reservation at 6:30pm, dinner didn’t arrive until closer to 8:30pm. Other large tables seated after us received their food before us and even left before us.

We were super impressed when we walked in! Beautiful atmosphere!! On our reservation we requested outdoor seating but ended up being seated indoor. We didn’t make a fuss as we did have a large party but I’d highly recommend the outdoor over indoor! Overall great food, great service, great experience.
