We have been going to Lucky Fins for a few years now. Before service was just ok. Our past servers weren't the best but they weren't the worst. They did the bare minimum to get their 20%. We came in February for Valentines day and we had Baylie as our server. And every time since then, we always requested Baylie. She is an amazing server! She always makes sure our dining experience is great. She is attentive and kind! If Baylie is not there, we probably won't come in. She's just that fantastic! We love the all you can eat snow crab! It always comes out hot. You just can't go wrong with it. If you're looking for a good seafood joint, Lucky Fins is your spot!

Turns out we didn't need a reservation. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was really good, but the chowder was pretty cold. My first time visiting Lucky Fins, but I will be back.

Went here for my senior prom and had an amazing time. We got our food very quickly and the wait service was great. Food is expensive, but at a standard level for a higher end restaurant. Both of our dishes were delicious.

Food was excellent, with several workable gluten free options for my wife. Server took good care of us and answered several questions. Price for appetizer was considerably less than posted! Not too crowded and excellent for conversations.

Our food and service was great. Karen had an amazing clam chowder. The seasoning and served temperature were great. We also loved my Salmon Fish & Chips. However, it is frustrating when there groups of 6-8 shouting over each other making it difficult to have a conversation, even though we were in a booth.

Best tasting seafood in the valley and you can’t beat the price. We eat here all the time and have never had a meal we didn't like. Love the Lobster Mac, tacos, salmon and chicken. Sushi is delicious as well. You can’t go wrong eating here.

After hearing great things about Lucky Fins my wife and I had lunch, the food was very good but half way through my wife’s fish and chips she found a long hair in the fish batter. The waitresses was great and offered her a new dish or a dessert to my wife but her appetite was spoiled. My wife encountered the manager on her way to the bathroom and he didn’t seem that concerned and stated that the cooks had short hair and also wore hair nets and if she wanted to go to the kitchen and confirm this she could. The manager never came over to our table or even offered a perk for a future visit. It’s too bad that a manager would handle a situation so poorly and because of his actions we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Five of us ladies had four different dishes. Each dish was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. We all will be back. It was my birthday celebration, so I got to choose a dessert. I had to bring it home because I was too full.

Got 3 seafood platters, all were done different. the coconut shrimp was way overcooked on 2 and the crab ok, but not great. The service was and soup were tge highlights of the visit.

Our waiter Caleb was exceptional from the moment he greeted us at our table and throughout our meal. He addressed all of our questions courteously while offering options he felt would be preferable to our expressed tastes. We were consistently checked on in a timely manner as we enjoyed our delicious meal. Very pleasant experience!

The food is excellent, we love the poke appetizer. In the last year they have decreased the number of sushi choices, but it is still pretty good. Cassie was our server last evening and she was great...friendly, efficient and knew about the food specials.

The food was great. I had the cedar plank salmon. The sides (mashed potatoes and asparagus.) could have been warmer, but other than that it was great. When they are busy, it gets very loud and a little hard to carry on a conversation.

I really enjoyed our experience here. To start, the service was fantastic! Thank you Courtney! And the food was just as good! I had the honey chipotle salmon with loaded mash and veg medley. While i was disappointed the veggies were snap peas and red bell peppers, the salmon and mash were absolutely delicious! But what stole the show for me was shockingly, their apple coleslaw- best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

It has gotten very expensive and my $10 glass of wine wasn’t even a typical fill level, less! More recently it has appeared to be shaving off portions, the menu is more limited, and lost a lot of great long time staffers over the past year.

Our overall dining experience what is favorable….. however the wait service was less than optimal (poor). The wait person on this particular visit to Lucky fins was clearly inexperienced, and had apparently not received adequate training to meet the task. Our server, she seemed overwhelmed. This was evidenced by the fact that all throughout the dining experience if you fail to clear the dirty dishes from earlier portions of our order. Other small annoyances, such as the salad being brought with the entrée instead of before the entrées. and drinks not being filled. Before paying the bill and leaving I spoke briefly to the manager. I highlighted the deficiencies mentioned above, and offered that the employee should be provided additional training in assisting her and providing better service in the future. Dave.

First, our Server was excellent. My wife ordered Poke Tower and it was very spicy, too spicy. She told the server and he took it back and delivered a new one pretty quickly and it was not too spicy, and she enjoyed it. I ordered the Sesame Crusted Ahi and the suace was so hot I could not enjoy it. I picked around the ahi (which was fine) and the unseasoned rice and it was very good. My stomach disagreed a couple of hours later as the spice was too much for me. Normally I like spicy foods but not super spicy. I thought this was a safe choice but was wrong. The prior times we have been there, there was not an issue with spices. A bit disappointed and when or if we go back, we will make sure anything we order is mildly seasoned, so we can enjoy our meals.

Had the pistachio crusted halibut … my favorite when I go to Lucky Fins. Delicious food and great service!

The food was excellent, the service was good and if you go on Sunday nights the happy hour menu is from 3PM to close and there are so many good options! Will definitely be returning- home made desserts were the icing on the cake!

Very excellent food! I made a mistake on my reservations and they had no problem adding 2 more people. The food was outstanding, fresh and flavorful. Perfect father's day!

Went in for a pre movie apps and drinks and we were pleasantly surprised. If you like avocado and lobster their Lobster-Stuffed Avocado was a nice treat and could be the sole reason for us to go back. Also had a couple drinks and this menu had a little bit of something for everyone, so perfect for what we were looking for. Service was good and friendly. Open concept so if you are looking for something less quiet, maybe not so much for you, but not horrible.
