All I have say is the people we took from New York Loved the Food !. They could not get over the bakery ! Great time great service. They were also enjoying how the Lucky Dill is decorated. Been going there for a long time.

Our lunch was just OK. Both of our soups were barely tepid. Our sandwiches were good, bread was fresh and quantity of meats large as the Lucky Dill. Our server was very good. E understand that this restaurant has new ownership so hopefully they will get a handle on the kitchen quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Lucky Dill. Our table was in a quiet, bright ding room behind the deli/ bakery area. Our waiter was most attentive and efficient. Our food, chicken salad and Philly cheesesteak sandwich were delicious and huge! Finished of with cheesecake which we took home for dessert!! Highly recommend!!

As long time patrons of the Dill we were disappointed in the size of the sandwiches at $16 for a half sandwich. They used to be huge and worth it but not so on this night. While very tasty and fresh not worth the $16. Bakery is great however.

Not as good as it used to be! Portions were smaller and the corned beef was not as lean and stacked as I remember it being.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday along with his parents, aunt and uncle. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was interesting and our service from Thomas was exceptional. He was helpful, friendly, efficient and had a smile on his face the whole time. We interacted with a couple of other employees and they were pleasant as well. An outstanding experience altogether!

We went for Easter dinner. Coffee came cold and we returned it. We ordered off the special menu for Easter supper. Soup and salat and out and soup was lukewarm. We mentioned the soup was warm no response. Before we had two bites the main meal came out which was lukewarm. We complained it was too soon and that was cold. Then menu said choice of cheesecake. There was no choice. We went to the front counter and spoke to the staff, who said they choose. Terrible service and lukewarm food. Not impressed.

Sorry to say this was a terrible experience. We always enjoy ourselves at Lucky Dill, but not this time. The restaurant was nearly empty which was surprising for Easter, but I did make reservations. We were seated immediately by a very nice hostess, but it went downhill hill from there. Cian ( I believe) was our server and was completely clueless. I asked for rolls , took forever, soups came out with the meals except for the one he forgot. It arrived eventually. I ordered the french dip with a pickle (which they charge.99 for). The au jus was so thick it was more like gravy. The portions are still incredibly large which hasn’t changed. There was a surprise of a 3 percent service charge we weren’t told about or told what it was for. Unfortunately, we are going to take a break from the Lucky Dill, because we felt no luck with our experience.
