Dress Code:

The appropriate attire at Luci’s Steakhouse is business casual. We ask that no gym attire, shorts, jeans with rips or holes, flip-flops, ball caps, and clothing with offensive words or images be worn in the dining room. Jeans are permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse entry and service at Luci’s Steakhouse, including but not limited to guests who do not adhere to our dress code guidelines.

Service was impeccable. Food was average at well above average prices. Heavy use of salt. Small lobster tail in surf and turf special was overcooked and dry. Dining room was very open and somewhat noisy

Mothers Day dinner was a chaotic experience. Our table didn't actually have a regular server, it seemed we were just shuffled between 5-6 servers... we placed drink orders with a different server than took our entree order and another different server took our dessert order. This caused some mishaps on the entrees and missing dessert. The waitress took the dessert off our bill, but it was still a bit disappointing as it seemed the larger tables got dedicated staff but tables with 2-3 people, got random service. I enjoyed the food, so I'd go back, but not on a holiday.

My first experience with Luci's and likely my last. My expectations were high given reviews and the steak prices. I thought I was going to a high end restaurant specializing in steaks. We went for Mothers day, and it was such a flop. The bread that came out was hard like a rock, and my mom ended up having to ask for new bread. The only good service was a guy that would fill up your water and got us the new bread. Everyone else was terrible. No asking how the steak is, nothing. $68 for a new york strip that was tough and chewy and too salty. That was really upsetting. Publix quality steak for 5 times the price. If the service was better, this wouldn't have been so bad. $10 for a small bowl of mashed potatoes that were mid. We ordered the wild mushrooms, and they didn't even show up. We received creamed spinach instead. So we asked for our mushrooms, and no apology, nothing. The Ahi Tuna was subpar, compared to what we have had before. The oysters Rockefeller was also mid. Everyone looked depressed and upset to even be there except for the hostess. The thing is, we weren't even in the evening crowd where things get more busy and chaotic. We arrived at 4 pm, before the dinner rush. Honestly, I had better service at Texas Roadhouse. If the price wasn't so outrageous, this would have been alright. But for what we ended up paying? Terrible. So many other better restaurants. Even Texas Roadhouse, since you definitely get what you pay for, plus more.

It was Mother’s Day and very busy. Wait staff was very inattentive. Food was slow but delicious. Waiter had to be flagged down to place food order and refill drinks. I’ve been there on another occasion and had excellent service.
