Food and service fantastic. One of our party is a bit fussy and contrary, Natalie could not have been more charming or patient. She handled him being tricky with wonderful humour and grace. Then the chef knocked it out the park by getting his order perfect. Truly a lovely night where we felt both at home and really taken care of. Thank you all :)

Food was very poor unfortunately on this occasion, as it was excellent the last time. Pasta was undercooked (I like al dente) this was just way undercooked. Sauce ruined with lemon juice and way too thin. Wee pizza starter was nice but both pasta dishes were awful. We would maybe give them one more chance as it was so nice previously but that remains to be seen.

Friendly and efficient staff. Food was well presented and tasted delicious. Staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. Would commend the team including the chefs who are often forgotten. A great dining experience and we will certainly visit again based on this experience.

It was our first visit and we loved it. The food was delicious, atmosphere was super and service was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to friends and family and we will definitely be back 😊

Staff and service were excellent. Beautiful surroundings Food was dissapointing, sent main meal back twice, had pudding and soft drinks . Left hungry without having had lunch! Have been a few times , can be a hit or miss. Cocktails are lovely Bit pricey for what you get

Another fantastic meal. Food was delicious, we are from the lunch menu and the kids ate free which was an amazing offer! Kids lived the milkshakes and their food too and said it was very tasty. Kevin is an amazing host. So welcoming and helpful and the kids love chatting to him. Looking forward to coming back soon and also getting booked up for the next boozy brunch.

Kevin gave outstanding service as always , the team was attentive and made us welcome . The food was delicious and the wine and cocktails were great. And good value for money .

Amazing food and cocktails. Booked for my son’s birthday. I would have given 5 stars but our order was lost and we had a bit of a lengthy wait. That said and done it was handled very well by the manager and waiter. They apologised when they realised what had happened and gave us a couple of free drinks. Mistakes can happen but it’s how you put them right and they did indeed deal with the situation very well. Did not spoil our night and will certainly be back.

We had a disappointing meal in Lucis yesterday. The menu was much smaller than our last visit a few weeks ago. I was struggling to find something I wanted to eat. Service was very slow. The manageress was very unwelcoming and clearly didn't want to be there. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Great setting in a trendy bistro style barn conversion down by the riverside. Sadly the food didn't match that promise, nor the high-ish prices. Pity.

Thought £20 was a bit steep for the crab pasta given the size of portion and amount of crab,other than that, no complaints

First visit. Very accommodating to my sister’s access needs. Food was fantastic. Very reasonably priced. Waiters were knowledgeable about the food and extremely polite and friendly. We’ll be back.

Lovely restaurant. Made to feel welcome. Everything was eaten. Was there with my husband and four grandchildren. Staff were friendly and happy looking. They engaged with us. Will definitely go back

Me and my partner both had the carbonara pizza. 10/10 food was amazing staff are lovely. Restaurant is very clean and nice.

I was dining with a work colleague and the table was perfect for us - quiet and we could speak knowing that we were unlikely to be overheard. The food was really lovely but one comment I would like to feedback to Luci's is that my friend had the hake for her main course and it was full of bones which made it difficult to eat. Had she known it was not 100% filleted, she would not have chosen it. Other than that, we enjoyed it all and the staff were attentive but discreet.
