We arrived early and were seated quickly. This was great but reflecting back, I wonder if this put our server at a disadvantage. We got our drinks when our pizzas arrived (which was already a long wait), and the pizzas were just ok. I had to ask another person, who was just standing by the upstairs railing looking at the lower floor, if we could have large plates for the pizza instead of small appetizers plates. Her response? “Yea, we have large plates.” A long pause ensued. I then asked her if we could have some. She just stood there looking at me like my request didn’t register. Then I asked her WHERE can I get some plates. She responded finally responded that she could get some. Sheesh! This was a send off dinner for my son, who deployed over seas the next day and would be gone nine months. I bragged to my family, who hadn’t been to Lucille before, about how great this dinner was going to be. This entire experience was really disappointing.

We went as a family to Lucille for pizza before a concert at The Majestic Theater (literally next door to the venue!). The pizza was excellent (Weekender, Mediterranean and my picky eater had a Wood Fire Pepperoni with no red sauce). They were very accommodating for her which made our dinner very pleasant! We all split the brownie a la mode and it did not disappoint! We'd visit again! The sangria was very good also!

First time dining at Lucille and it did not disappoint. Food was excellent, wood fire pizza made to perfection. Service was a bit slow when we were seated. I would have expected that if it were busy but when we initially arrived it was before the dinner crowd. It will not deter me from returning.

Definitely good pizza with extensive beer and cocktail selections. We were sitting outside, just regular ambiance… nothing special. Outdoor tables were a bit crooked because the ground wasn’t level. They should have done something about it.

It was really good! Had a party of 6, the food was amazing, the service was good. The music was amazing. I love the vibe of the place, the lighting, everything. Overall our party of 6 loved the place considering it was our first time. It was amazing and would definitely come back!

Such great food and great experience! The pizza there is phenomenal and I love their drinks! It was a little hot upstairs but if that’s the only gripe I had about the place, then it gets a 10/10 for me!
