Lucca South Shore is the newest and fourth location for Lucca restaurant group. Featuring two bars, two patios, a large dining room, multiple areas to host large parties and ample parking. Lucca South Shore allows you to enjoy the Lucca experience without heading in to Boston. With a reputation for award winning wine lists, Lucca South Shore features numerous carefully curated offerings. Our cocktail program has been elevated to offer both classic and innovative cocktails as well as an assortment of cocktails on draft.
The property has over three acres; future plans include designing and creating a Chef's garden to grow fruits, vegetables and herbs.

    I was disappointed in the patio. We were seated next to a grate and there was a really unpleasant odor coming from it. There used to be a tent on the patio that formed a barrier from the hotels. Now everything is open to the parking lot and hotels. Really not great, not at all special. The food and service were excellent as were the Old Fashioneds. We’ll be back after patio season.

    My friend and I go here often. The drinks are very good and the food is delicious. The service is very good as well, friendly and professional. We always have a good time.

    I took my daughter to Lucca to celebrate her birthday. Our server was friendly and attentive and I love what they’ve done with the place. The food was excellent as were the drinks. We will definitely be back!

    As always, Lucca in Rockland was tops. Our server, Dan, was friendly, professional, and engaging. His recommendations were spot on. We visited on a Wednesday evening when tables were available on a walk-in basis, so the noise level was low. Lucca is a South Shore gem!

    My husband and I had dinner at Lucca’s on Mother’s Day evening. We were seated in a little side room near the entry. It could have been nice to be in a more intimate setting but it wasn’t. Instead it felt disorganized and forgotten. Although the young man who waited on us was really nice. Our food, I had potato gnocchi with lobster, was underwhelming. The pieces of lobster were small and chewy. I think there were pieces of kale or maybe something else in it but they were like dried twigs. We did have a three meatball appetizer- that was very tasty. My husband said his chicken pasta was ‘fine’ but he only ate half and didn’t opt to bring the leftovers home. All in all, very disappointing.

    We went on Mother's Day, they were extremely busy but we were seated as soon as we arrived, at the time of our reservation. The food and drinks were all fabulous. We had a wide age range at our table (16 to 80 years old) and a large party, and everyone loved what they had. Service was exceptional. The owner was friendly and walking around talking to the tables to check in and see how everyone was enjoying their visit. I have not had an experience this great in a while. Easy five stars, I'd give six if I could.

    Wonderful Lunch - Super nice and attentive server and greeters at front door. Lovely place and fair prices and portions are large and attractive. Will be back.

    We had a wonderful Mother's Day. Drinks were superb, appetizers as well. Entrees were very good. overall, an excellent experience
