Lucca Osteria & Bar is the vision of chef and veteran restaurateur, Claudio Ulivieri and his partner Steven Hartenstein. Raised near the Italian city of Lucca, Claudio’s passion for food began. He brought this passion to the States, and started his culinary career as a chef. Now, after decades of creating menus and running restaurants, he and his partner have opened Lucca Osteria - tapping into his roots - to share his favorite rustic Italian flavors with you.     Our server was great! Food was fresh and hot. Oysters were a little small. Only thing I would have preferred was a better table as I booked in advance but for our party and it was a special family occasion. For the first time it was a pretty good experience.

    Seemingly overmatched with Mothers Day crowd, server did her best but kitchen was behind. Manager was strangely absent checking in on a large table. Will not go back on a holiday celebration. A lot of food was unavailable which is strange for a 5:00 reservation. Not a great restaurant experience.

    I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my mothers birthday and Mother’s Day. Great staff and amazing food.

    Disappointed that a decision was made by Management to cram tables together to take away from the dining experience. When there is no room for servers to properly serve and or take orders you missed the mark. Never again

    Excellent meal worth the money spent which doesn’t happen as often anymore. Everything was great especially the Caprese !

    Halibut special and bolognese were both excellent. Bruschetta appetizer very different and excellent. Bar was exceptionally noisy but fun. Will go back.
