Great service!! Food was excellent (ribeye medium cooked perfectly). The brussel sprouts were surprisingly a hit (more like brussel crisps). The shining star had to be the doughnut bread pudding. Definitely top tier.

Lunch on Mother's Day was great. They had a set menu, so all selections were not listed but our server advised us of the options. All items are a la carte and priced accordingly, so be prepared. Sides were shareable sizes, I wish we had known that before we ordered but we should have asked about the preparation. Overall a great experience. I will try it for a dinner experience to get to know the menu better.

My girlfriend and I went to celebrate a night on the town. Our waiter’s name was Brian and he greeted us with a big smile. He explained all food options to us and provided his favorite choices. We went with the calamari and jalapeño corn bread to start, followed by a filet for our entree, and creamed corn and Mac and cheese on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious but portions are large so order appropriately. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Outstanding experience. Service, food, and drinks were amazing. Staff was professional and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that they also validate for free parking. Will definitely go back and tell others. This is our new favorite restaurant.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was not aware that the Famous G. Garvin was the owner and working in the restaurant. Everything was superb. Our hostess Kay and attendant, Johnny were awesome and ensured my party of four had a delicious time. I will be back because everything we had including both types of cornbread, was delectable and did not disappoint.

Everything was outstanding. The service, ambiance, location, and ease in the city. The food was especially delicious, and the steak was sooooo tender, flavorful, and every item tasted so good The drink was strong, but of course, it was worth it. We had an opportunity to meet Chef Garvin, and that topped off my evening. Celebrating my birthday was good, but the dinner took it over the top. Thanks Nina

My ribeye was cooked perfectly, a little fatty but well seasoned. Mac & cheese was good for not being baked...then my wife shrimp were under cooked in her grits making them taste shrimpy. Crispy brussel sprouts were like dry leaves in the fall. Overall a little over priced. Service was good.

Our server Shelby was outstanding. She knew the menu back and forth. Had great recommendations. My drink from the bartender was excellent. Made just how I like it. Great night at Low Country Steak. Definitely recommend. And ask for Shelby.

We loved the vibe and design inside the restaurant. Not to mention we are huge GGarvin fans from his days on the Food Network. Had the 5 flight meat samplers - lamb and 3 different steaks. Lobster Mac and cheese. Crispy Brussels sprouts. And donut bread pudding. Flavors on point!! And great wine list. Had Cakebread. Will visit again and again.

Had an amazing dining experience at Low Country and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. The setting was more intimate than expected, allowing for easy conversation. "Brussels sprouts are amazing!" As we were leaving, the hostess expressed gratitude by thanking us for dining at the restaurant.

My wife and I went to Low Country Steak after seeing the restaurant featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. The food was good, but the servers need training. We waited at our table for over 10 minutes before a server brought water, even though there were staff standing around talking. I ordered a cocktail called The Statesman, which was described as a bourbon based drink. If there was bourbon in it, I couldn’t taste it. Spicy Tuna appetizer was excellent. My wife has shrimp and grits and said it needed more spice. I had the Oscar Filet which was excellent. Chef G. Garvln was in the restaurant, but just hanging at the bar. I would think after being on national TV he’d be greeting guests and thanking them for coming.

Absolutely one of the best filets I have ever had, and my wife greatly enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass special. Plus, we got to meet a food network chef! Hard to beat that…

The overall experience was very good. We were seated promptly with our reservation time set at 6:45 on a Saturday night. Our server was attentive and could deliver the info on specials almost perfectly. My wife chose the wedge salad which came out almost immediately and she liked it. We ordered deviled eggs with bacon on the side, crab cakes (5 star) and the calamari. My wife ordered the sea bass special, which she felt was under size, my daughter had the filet cooked medium because, ya know, yucky blood. I had the ribeye bone-out medium rare and was fairly pleased with it. It is a thin cut steak, so if you’re comparing to other steak houses, it should be cheaper. I detected a mild fuel flavor on my steak, as I suspect the heating station is guilty. I never send food back, so i did not mention it. That’s kind of a subjective opinion anyway. Our sides were the whipped garlic mashed potatoes, tasty but almost enough to share with 2 ppl, Mac n cheese was plentiful, and the onion straws (perfect). So basically I gave 4 stars all around due to portion vs price, enough attention by the server, the tinge of flavor on the steak. Pretty tasty food but if you are a party larger than 3 you’ll need to double up on sides if you want to feel satisfied.

This was the first time and can I say we were blown away!! Everything about this restaurant was wonderful. The prime rib was immaculate! Aged to perfection! It was like eating a marshmallow no over done meat!! The sides were seasoned well. From the front of the house to the back was excellent service. G. Everyone from start to finish was professional, nice and kind our server. Listen to us had good conversation with us. We even met the owner she Garvin, who we really enjoyed him stopping to have a conversation with us.

Our first time at LowCountry Steak was A++++!!! From the hostess greeting, immediately being seated, the servers…Excellent Customer Services!!! When we dine somewhere for the first time, we order from each section of the menu. The cocktails were nicely made, presented and kept us in good spirits..lol! The Snow Crab Claws and Crab Cakes are a must have. So Good!!!! The filet mignon and the rosemary chicken were made to perfection!! So Good!! The Truffle fries and mashed potatoes were good as well!! For dessert, they only had 3 options available for the night. So we ordered all 3…the Red Velvet Cheesecake, the brookie, and the donut ……Soooo Good!! We wanted the Peach Cobbler, but hopefully they will have it the next time we visit. The highlight of the night, we saw Chef Garvin as he was addressing his team. Loved the overall experience, the beautiful vibe and ambience. Also, they validate for up to 2 hours of parking! A pleasant surprise.
