Chef Tavis’s Brussels sprouts, fried chicken tacos and loaded tots alongside Michael Henry's unique specialty wine flights are just a few of our most talked about food and drinks.                                                                         Had a reservation for Mother's day, and were seated quickly after checking in. Other than the pancakes which were bitter and doughy, the food was generally pretty good. But, service was slow. Slow to take orders, bring drinks, get refills, etc.

                                                                        Waiter was a young man who had worked there for a few years. Very personable, offered gluten free items for my mother and just did such a wonderful job explaining menu items. Very enjoyable, flight of wine great, food awesome and will definitely return.

                                                                        We had the most miserable experience we have ever had. We had dined at Louvino several times before and it was great. I had made a reservation for me and my daughter. We were seated right away but it took 10 minutes for our server to come o er and speak to us. She brought us water and then it took another 30 minutes for her to come take our order. She was standing in at the back of the bar speaking with several different co-workers. When the food did come my order was completely wrong. I had to flag down the hostess who brought my dish to get her to take it back. When I mentioned it was incorrect she immediately said it was correct. I had to point out the several things the dish was missing to her. At no point did a manager come to our table and ask if they could make things right. I just made them take the dish off the bill. We were there for 2 hours and I had nothing to show for it. Sadly we will never be back.

                                                                        Unfortunately we never ate, 90 minutes into our reservation and we never got served any food. Service was poor and we would’ve liked to have been told there was a large party seated prior to us and that the kitchen was backed up beyond 2 hours. Comping drinks wasn’t enough and we picked up pizza on the way home. We won’t be returning here.
