Great service by Jr. Food is good too. Female DJ was awesome. Felt like we were at a day club. If you dont like music or fun then this place is not for you. Great ambiance.

super cute. came here to try out the food. prices are decent and the food is awesome for the price! the cocktails are VERY fresh and good. I had the el sol and it was fantastic! the service was good as well

This was a surprise to us. On the website it looked like a great ambiance with a fun menu. Was kind of worried with it being attached to A mall. But wow. Such a fun vibe, dj cr I’m halfway through our dinner (Friday night) and was playing incredible music, kind of LA hipster crowd. Celebrating my son’s college graduation so it was perfect for our group since we wanted a fun atmosphere. The food was great, the presentation nice too. Would definitely go back.

The servers for some reason would not leave me and my friends alone and would constantly come back and try to make us buy the most expensive stuff and it was not like they were trying to be good servers it was weird and they wouldn’t stop looking at us.

Just amazing. Everything tasted so delicious. Our waitress was just phenomenal. She was awesome sweet if we had a question about a certain item on the menu, She would describe it in a way where you just wanted to eat it without even thinking twice about it. had a fabulous time. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended.

I came to LouLou for the Brunch Buffet, and when I arrived there was no buffet set up. It was quite disappointing that there was no notification sent out regarding the menu change.

We booked this place for Sunday Easter brunch to have a good lively DJ vibes and food. On reservations and instagram and website they have mentioned DJ brunch from 11:30-4:30 with maximum 2 hours limitation on tables of 5 people. We booked for 2:30-4:30 to get the 2 hours as it mentioned and be there for DJ, music and lively vibes. We arrived 2:10 and we were seated immediately which made me think how come they are so strict with time but they are sitting us down this early. We started ordering our drinks and got our food which is fair for the buffet style food. Vibes are not even as fun as they are try to make it look like. Older crowed and not much of a party vibe at all. DJ was good. The worst part was DJ announced this is his last song and stopped at 3:30. We ask our waiter about the issue and he said sorry it’s not in my hands and we cannot do anything about it. For 5 people with total of 11 drinks and $69 per person for set menu we ended up paying $896 with tax and tip. I am very disappointed with this place and the vibes aren’t as good as they advertised!

We went for the Easter experience and the management and staff did a fabulous job making the entire time very fun. The live dj, live saxophonist, buffet, visit from the Easter Bunny and all the staff in bunny ears was so fun!

Pedí una botella de vino y estaba echado a perder, sulfuroso, lo regrese y cambié de botella, después vino una persona a decirme que el vino estaba bueno pero no era así, al final se realizó el cambio de vino, además la copa estaba sucia. La comida buena, el lugar muy agradable.

The server was overwhelmed and couldn’t provide the best service. The food was overall good with one member of my party that was dissatisfied with what she ordered. The ambience was lively and while not what we were expecting it was still a unique experience.

We found this restaurant because a viral TikTok. As a result, I (we) had an awful experience. The second problem I had was that I was not able to eat dinner due to the kitchen overcooking the egg plant (it was old and rubbery in texture, the knife could not cut through it). 20 -30 minutes later, after my party had finished eating, I found out the kitchen had informed the waiter(30 min ago ) that they would not prepare another meal for me, and I felt very disappointed about that. A chef refused to rectify the error and said that they would not charge me for the mistake they made. While I waited for 20-30 minutes thinking they were fixing the issue, the waiter confirmed he thought the kitchen was coming to inform me that they would not be making new dishe for me.As everyone at the table finished their meals and began to depart, I was not given dinner nor the option to order something else. When we asked to speak with the manger (Baptist as he claimed to be called), he was not friendly or welcoming. Our complaints about the service we received were not addressed by him in any way, which surprised us. As a result, he recommended I place an to go order. While he was eager to assist with the intoxicated non-colored guest, he immediately left to the table to the party behind us, where he was more concerned and eager to assist with their concerns. We were nothing but disgusted by the attitude of this manger( Baptist )toward us. He made no apology nor offered a friendly smile. In addition, we notice that he has a friendly attitude towards people who do not belong to the colored community. According to my review, I do not recommend this restaurant as a result of my (our) experience with this company disappointment and loss of enjoyment.Note: food and drink served in a restaurant must be of satisfactory quality and as described on the menu. This means all food should look reasonably presentable & taste good etc. If it does not, the restaurant is in breach
