I had made a reservation for 2 people incorrectly because we were a group of 6. Luckily, we were able to get seated only 5 minutes after our reservation time despite my error. Great service and delicious food as always

I want to start by saying I’m in hospitality and yes I know it was Mother’s Day but at first stop the hostess was extremely rude. She had buns in her hair and glasses. The young man was the only one who saved the experience. After we got sat the second time bc I had a child with me and older parents who could not sit at a lounge table, we were finally greeted after 8 minutes. My martini took over 20 minutes and forever to order. They didn’t cook my mom’s pizza properly but thankfully they brought her a new one right away. Our server NEVER said happy Mother’s Day when there were clearly two mothers at the table. He was mundane at best. Didn’t seem to care much about our table and I was actually truly dissappointed. The blonde manager came over to ask how things were as fast as possible not even addressing the pizza or timing issue and just moved on. I understand it’s Mother’s Day but I’ve been there on busier martini Mondays and had better service. This was such a disappointment I was in shock. Nothing special to say the least.

Made a reservation for Mother’s Day and reserved standard room. Was told it doesn’t count because it was Mother’s Day, they proceeded to try to sit my family and I outside while the air and sea show was going on. It was 90 degrees outside I told them I had a 9 month old and was concerned about the noise and heat. They were not accommodating. It was so loud we had to wait for another table and they made us wait an hour with a reservation. The table opened up and we had to remind them. They knew it was open and took their time to sit us. We had to approach the hostess and remind her. I’m sure they were annoyed because we had wanted the original indoor seating like the reservation I made in advance. Really disappointed with this place and how they handled everything and their demeanor towards us. You can tell they were annoyed with us and just wanted to get back at us to make us wait even longer with the second table sitting there empty. They have no compassion either for a mom trying to celebrate Mother’s Day with their young baby. Staff is just rude, never experienced anything Iike this before.

Waiter and staff where great atmosphere was great the food quality could have been better I ordered the caccio e Pepe and it was really watery it was extremely busy in their defense but still it the food quality coulda have been slightly better

Went for Mother’s Day and had a reservation for 2. Requested outside and was put at a small table in the corner of the inside area. Didn’t see any server for 10 minutes and then finally put our drinks and apps in. We finished the apps and my mom finished her drink and we didn’t see any server for a while. The dirty plates and empty glass was walked past at least 15 times and when we saw our waitress again and she came over, she took the empty glass but ignored the dirty plates. It took around 30-40 minutes for our entrees to come out. My mom got a salad and added salmon that cost more than the salad itself. I got a pasta that was very cold and tasted like it sat under the heat lamp too long. The manager was walking around to other tables, talking with them, clearing the tables and our table was ignored by almost the whole staff. We’ve always had a good experience at Louie Bossi, we came last year on Mother’s Day and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately this one, was one of the worst I’ve had. Very disappointing to see the bigger tables being taken well taken care of and small tables like mine have to flag someone down for any help.

The place was buzzing as usual but it was understandable given it was Mother’s Day. The tables were tight inside so waiters would pass plates over us and our chairs got bumped but others a good time. Our waitress was very pleasant. Would definitely go again.

Food was fantastic. We went for early opening for Mother’s Day and was pleasantly surprised they would serve pretty much anything on menu, not just breakfast. It was delicious

Had a reservation for my son for prom. They put him outside in the heat in a suite. I booked for inside. His steak was raw and cold and he ordered medium.The waiter treated them poorly maybe because they are teens. I will not return to this restaurant. Sorry I spent any money here.

We enjoyed our delicious food. Calamari Fritti was perfect and so was the Shrimp Nero. It had the perfect amount of heat. I Highly recommend the server Xavier! He does a fantastic job and provides excellent service and is hardworking. The atmosphere is so nice. I highly recommend Louis Bossi.

We've eaten here countless times in the last 3 years and the food is always on point. Food was awesome. Our server Shaylee was exceptional! I love when a server seems happy to help and enjoys being there to make your experience great! She's very aware of her customers/tables and we never had to wait around to order anything. She kept an eye on us and we appreciated her upbeat vibe. :)

Carbonara had just a plain cream sauce, tasted as if no egg was put in the dish at all so it did not taste right. Disappointing. Husband had the radiatore w/ vodka sauce and prosciutto and he added a meatball, but there was barely any prosciutto in it though. Sauce was tasty. Pepperoni pizza was delicious and our server was good. We sat in outdoor back area, nice set up out there. I should have got the lasagne or the bolognese.

Reservation time was respected, for a sunday evening the restaurant was very busy and loud. We were seated right next to the kitchen, which I do not recommend. You can hear the kitchen staff and waiters talking and yelling. The table wasn't the cleanest felt sticky. The booth bench was uneven, and you could feel the springs. The bartender was friendly and poured generously, tho one of our flasses was dirty. Waitress was friendly but took her 30 minutes to take our order after greeting us. The food was good. Burratta was fresh. Arranchinis lacked seasonings but were nice and warm. Mushroom pizza was good, thin crust as little to soft in the center making pizza mushy. Seafood linguini was more pasta than seafood for the price. Pasta was too salty. Tomatoes sauce was flavourful. Clams and mussels weren't cleaned well, sandy patches. Overall, it was an oki experience, and I would recommend more traditional italian dishes if you visit this location.

I love this place. It’s clean and modern and still exudes Florida charm. The service is awesome (shoutout to Timothy) and the pizzas are almost perfect (we’re not in Naples so perfect doesn’t exist).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. It exceeded expectations with delicious pizza and pasta, as well as a medium rare 24oz Ribeye that my wife and I say is maybe the best tasting and cooked ribeye we’ve had in years.

Excellent food and service. They started with fresh Italian bread and oil and chili flakes which quickly satisfied our hunger. Ordered two martinis which were great but expensive. We ordered the lamb chops and Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Pepperincino to share. Both superb. Completed the evening with Cappuccinos and sorbet. Overall excellent night although the alcoholic drinks are very pricey.

Monday night and the restaurant was very busy. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Monday martini specials were phenomenal. Food: New Jersey white pie with ricotta, roasted garlic and spinach was flavorful and crust crispy. Seafood linguine with clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari was flavorful and delicious. Service was excellent.
