I didn’t mind the 30 minute wait on pizza but what I did mind was the five minute wait for a waiter to come to our table and then the additional 10 minute wait for him to take our order and explain the menu because the menu was rather complicated. The food wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better and it was slightly overpriced.

My students from Texas loved it. Our server was very patient with us and great. When we come back to Chicago, we will definitely return.

The buffalo chicken wings were amazing - crunchy and just the right amount of sauce. I split a 2-person pie with my son. Very tasty.

We wanted to try a Chicago deep dish pizza while we passed through town and weren't disappointed. Our waiter was amazing.

The food at Lou Malnati’s was great, but the worst service I’ve had in years. They sat me 30 minutes after my reservation time and took the waiter another 10 minutes to take my drink order once I was seated. I’d recommend take out.

Food was mediocre at best! Little did I know shortly after leaving and having some deep dish pizza I’d be meeting my dear friend the porcelain thrown. My wife had different things at this restaurant but rather meals everywhere else the same day. Definitely think the sausage was undercooked which caused me to get sick. Service was lack luster at best too!

Delicious deep dish Chicago pizza! The family size salad was a huge hit. Amazing how polite and attentive the staff are given how busy and crowded they were!

Pretty pricey for the amount of food you get. Although the pizza is filling

We were ten minutes late, due to crazy traffic. We are from Ohio and didn’t realize it would take 25 minutes to go five miles. Anyway table wasn’t ready or they deleted our table not sure. So we had to wait for them to put tables together. Waitress talked me into changing our order from a small to medium and we ended up with leftover pizza. No way to reheat 😔

Our food was excellent - the Lou Malnati classic deep dish, lasagna & Caesar salad. Service was great in the beginning (we had a 5:45 reservation), but around 6:20 we had our dinner but had a lot of trouble getting our server’s attention. She had at least 6 tables, one of which was 10 people. I wanted to order dessert around 6:30 but could not for 15 mins, then ended up getting it with our check.
