    I don’t know her name but our server was wonderful ( braces, nose ring, ) We had lunch with friends we hadn’t seen in forever and were there for quite some time. She was so gracious! Pizza, salad ( 1000 Island is still the best) Thank you for a rainy day outing!!

    This was my first experience of Chicago Pizza and it was a good one. I'm not a huge sausage fan but we went with the classic and it was so good. The cheese and the crust elevate this. And even though it looks like there's so much sauce on top, there's really not because it's mostly crushed tomatoes. Would definitely eat there again.

    The pizza was delicious and so were the wings. The only thing that I would change, is the temperature of the pizza. It want particularly hot, but despite that it was truly delicious.

    Fun location and great deep dish pizza. Making a reservation was key as was pre-ordering our pizza. Caesar salad was great and large deep dish was plenty for 4 hungry adults. Our server, Nate did a great job taking care of us. Lively atmosphere. I’d eat here again!

    Silverware on table was dirty…had to ask twice for new forks. 2/3 forks had visible dried cheese on them. Wasn’t sure who our actual waiter was, had 3 different people help us throughout. Deep dish was fresh and good.

    We didn’t get a waiter for about 15 minutes after we were sat. We had to go ask the host about it before someone finally came and it was a waitress that had passed by us several times to check on the tables next to us. We got our drinks (water and a beer) about 15 minutes after we ordered. We also pre ordered our pizzas to avoid waiting a long time but it still took about an hour before we got our pizzas. All of this would have been okay but the place was half empty and the waitress was dismissive. It wouldn’t have taken much to tell us “sorry we’re backed up in the kitchen” but we only saw our waitress when she was bringing us the food. Food was okay.

    Lou Malnati’s did not disappoint. We enjoyed the Malnati salad, Malnati pizza with basil and olives added. Ordered the pizza ahead. The timing was perfect and the food delicious.
