This is my second time eating here at The Red Rock location and it isn’t nearly as good as the Flamingo location. Would recommend sticking to the other location.

Had a gift card that we wanted to use however they state that the gift card can only be used at the location that the person got it from. Keep in mind they do not state that anywhere on the gift card. Spoke with manager and they really had no explanation except that they have told the other location that they need to put this on the gift card and tell people. Seems pretty shady to me especially since the bag they give has both locations on it…….. would not go out of my way to go again.

Family of 8, from Grandma to 30 yr olds, were all in consensus about the quality of food, service & ambience. Perfect place in beautiful RedRock Casino, to enjoy family downtime together. Our server, she was especially helpful w/ recs & service staff were genuinely nice! Crispy garlic prawns, kao soi w noodles, papaya salad (the mild was tiny bit spicy but that's just me)... all were the bomb!!!

The ambiance was very nice, but the did was salty and the service slow. I tried the other two locations previously and didn't have any issues, in face loved them. This time it was disappointing.

Energetic is the word OpenTable uses for noise level--- how about loud and distracting. Slower weeknight so 1/2 space not in use... I get that.... but all tables in one general area with loud distracting music? We had to ask our server to repeat himself multiple times. Love Lotus but even when staying at Red Rock ---May Lyft to flamingo location

Food is absolutely amazing. Only reason I can't give 5 star is because they made a mistake on restaurant week special menu. Not a big deal but most restaurant would typically honor the deal due to their own mistake. Surprised that an upscale restaurant like this didn't.
