Incredible experience! Everything was phenomenal. Our server Chad did an excellent job. He provided great recommendations. We were there to celebrate our friends birthday. She enjoyed her experience. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Chad!

Food & service were good, but unfortunately it took almost an hour to get our dinner. It was also extremely warm in the restaurant, about 80 degrees. With windows already open I was told there was nothing else they could do. It made for a very uncomfortable & unenjoyable dining experience for our group.

Outstanding Restaurant! I enjoyed tremendous service from a customer focused and professional staff. Bartender Reagan was exceptional along w my server Ermo. Both had tremendous knowledge of menu items and treated me wonderfully. They possess a sincerity to serve and make a guests experience the best it can be which I found refreshing particularly in the post Covid era of hard to find employees and general decline in service levels, Losanti is fortunate to offer such outstanding staff to complement the freshly made and flavorful food they prepare in house. Overall a nice surprisingly exceptional find that I will frequent again while in Cincinnatti

Service was great but to other times we’ve eaten at Losanti, the food was a letdown. Other than our app, every other item was off last night. We’ll definitely give them a try again.

We love Losanti! The food is wonderful! We had the crab cakes for our starter, they were served with almondine roasted lemon salad which was so good. I had the filet, cooked and seasoned perfectly and my husband had the salmon and he said it was best cooked salmon, ever. Of course we ended ourmeal with the delectable and rich Butter Cake. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet.

We celebrated our anniversary here--food and service were EXCELLENT! Our server, Jordan was great. We were very pleased with our dinners! We both ordered the filet mignon, I added truffle butter. They were cooked perfectly. Best brussels sprouts we have ever tried. The butter cake for dessert is a must. We will be returning!

Everything was exceptional. The food, the service all amazing. We had oysters, meatballs, gnocchi and filet with port butter (the port butter is a must!). And butter cake for dessert. Highly recommend

The food was delicious, our server Sophia was the sweetest. We had 4 shareable sides and they all were wonderful! We got the sweet potato, the onion mashed potatoes, the mac & cheese and the brussel sprouts.

Food was pretty good, but we waited over 90 minutes to get our food! And as a pregnant woman, that’s a serious issue for me. The waiter and manager kept saying “it’ll be right out” and no one even attempted to make it right - not even a complimentary app/dessert or taking something off the bill. At an expensive restaurant, that’s service 101. I won’t be back - there are too many good restaurants in this area to have to put up with that.

They had an off night. We have eaten here several times and never had any complaints. However, last night the kitchen was very slow. Our steaks were both overcooked and mine was cold. Our server was attentive and the bar drinks were great as always. Everyone misses from time to time. We will be back.

Losanti is the served the best steak I’ve had in a long time. Excellent appetizers and side dishes as well. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended!!

Service was terrible - had to remind server three times to give us a fork. Prime cut filet came out overcooked and tough as ever. Manager took it back and was supposed to get a new one in 10 mins. 20 mins later and after my spouse was completely done eating their dinner, my new steak arrived and it was awful as well. Over seasoned, tough and chewy. Sorry but the price of this steak and touting prime cut it should melt in your mouth. Never to return. Prices were high and it wasn’t worth it. Overall bad experience and I’m not a picky eater in general. Can’t tell you the last time I sent a meal back but I should have sent both back.

The Truffle with fresh made pasta complimented with salmon was amazing. The service was top notch from the time we walked in and exited. Highly recommended!!

Wesley was a phenomenal server. Our large party enjoyed sharing many dishes that were all excellent. Highly recommend the gnocchi, eggplant parm, any cut of steak, and the butter cake. We had more dishes but those were the standouts. All was delicious. And the mocktails were also fantastic! Thank you, team Losanti, for a wonderful experience!

Losanti is our favorite steak house. After having the port butter topping, I can not eat there without getting it on my filet. Beef is always perfect medium rare as ordered, and you can tell when cutting into the steak that it is prime beef done properly. This visit my wife got the salmon which she loved and only shared one bite with me. We also normally do the gnocchi as our "side dish" but instead went with the mashed potatoes, which were amazing. We split the Wedge, with the gorgonzola and house made dressing is like crack, you can't get enough! And of course the Butter Cake is an amazing desert. We barely had room so go to take half of it home and enjoy this morning with our coffee. And the service is always great, warm welcoming and genuine, plus a visit from a manager is a nice touch.

This was our second time at Losanti after a great first experience. We were super excited about our anniversary dinner and had this reservation for over a month. We got put at a TINY table in the middle of two large tables with nowhere to move. The server's bottom half was basically in our faces each time they had to service the other tables. It took the server about 10 minutes to initially get over to our table. He spilled water all over it and did not wipe it up. We ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine, and the appetizers came out about 10 minutes before the wine did. Our food came out fast but the server pretty much disappeared after that and we saw him 15 minutes after we had finished eating. Overall, I love Losanti and will probably return, I'm just super disappointed in our experience. What's the point of making a reservation if we get sat at the worst table in the restaurant?

Our third meal in a row that was disappointing. Mussels were dry, Swordfish compote was not tasty. The Cesear salad as good as always.

Losanti exceeded my expectations as it was a random OpenTable search for dinner. The food was seasoned well and was presented with a nice hue of colors. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant felt romantic however could be enjoyed with a group of friends. I would highly recommend.

The charred onion mashed potatoes were spectacular as well as the elote corn, the steak was good but pricey. Restaurant ambience was nice but our seats were too close to the front door. I’d give it another try but double the sides, appetizers and desserts, split the steak.

Losanti is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I treated myself to a solo dinner and I was sat on the patio. The service was excellent and as was my food. Great wine and cocktail selection. I typically start with the crabcake as an appetizer. My only critique around the new presentation of the crabcake is the green bean salad that sits underneath it. I don’t believe it complements the crabcake as well as the previous set up of the dish. Beyond that, the Bolognese was delicious, and I added the meatball, which was a perfect complement. All of this paired with a glass of Requiem Cabernet was divine.
