The food quality at Amores de Julia exceeded our expectations. Karla, a waitress at Amores de Julia, went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. She was not only amazing but also incredibly helpful throughout our visit. From assisting with menu choices to ensuring that all our needs were met, Karla's attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. The overall experience at Amores de Julia was outstanding. The restaurant has a welcoming ambiance and a pleasant atmosphere with Mariachi that enhances your dining experience. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting environment for guests. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend Mandala extra añejo tequila… Also the queso fundido with chorizo and hand made tortillas 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Went to try this restaurant out because of good reputation but portions were not the same as others we ordered the same thing as the people next to us and received a insanely small portion compared to the people next to us (same dish) will not be going back! We brought it up to the waitress attention and she did nothing but saw “aww really”

Great experience! Food was a 10 out of a 10! Drinks alsoo will definitely be returning back. Waiters are constantly asking if we need anything even managers on the floor! Very friendly.

This restaurant does not have the staff necessary for the amount of guest. The salsas are not spicy. I’ve dinned here 3 different times and tried different drinks. Enchiladas are a 6 Chilaquiles are 5 Cafe de la olla 3 Machaca 2 Agua chiles 7 Tortillas 10 Queso fresco 10 Music 10 Margaritas 6 Carnitas 8 Steak & lobster 9 Huevos y machaca 6 I’ve had better chilaquiles at cheesecake factory 🤷🏼‍♀️ I will not be returning. Customer service is not the greatest. The servers are polite but definitely overwhelmed by the amount of tables. There are about 3 supervisors walking around but not really doing much other than delegating it back to the server when you ask them for something.

Again, I didn't wanted to give up on this place because it has a good concept. My third time there and for the second time something pretty bad. Hope this Restaurant takes action before people stops going there or post more bad reviews. When you go to a restaurant, you go for a good time, an enjoyable time. But these people think that you go there because you need them and you're below them. There is a Lady/girl at the welcome desk. Her name is "Andrea", watch out she doesn't greed you and sits you down. She's the most hateful individual I had ever encounter at a restaurant. She looks at you like you're not welcome and you are beneath her. She will sit down first the people she thinks deserves to be sited, even if you had a reservation. Then when she decides it's your turn, she despitefully takes you to a table and leaves you there without assigning a waitress until she decides to. If you go there and you experience this treatment, I recommend you leave a review and talk to management. Most likely she doesn't like her job. She's, again, at the front, at the greeting desk, wearing a white dress uniform. I really didn't enjoy my time there not my family (for the second time) just because of this Hispanic Karen ruining the whole experience. So. I really don't know if I would go back again, but hopefully if I do, I don't have to do a review like this one again. And to think we ( my production team and I ) were going to go with cameras and all to make a nice video for the Hispanic community about this place. I'm glad we didn't.

During my second visit, I anticipated a superior experience but was disappointed. While the food was delicious and our server provided excellent service, the rest of the staff seemed disengaged. My order arrived incomplete, necessitating multiple follow-ups. Additionally, dishes were cleared prematurely, disrupting our meal. The atmosphere was excessively loud, making conversation difficult. The checkout process was slow, and we initially received the wrong bill. Be aware that they automatically charge a 3.00% convenience fee on top of whatever tip you leave. Despite these issues, our server’s attentiveness was commendable, and we left a generous tip. However, I am unlikely to return in the near future.

I recently visited Los Amores de Julia and i was unfortunately disappointed with my meal. While the staff was somewhat friendly and forgetful, the food itself fell short of expectations. Many of the dishes I wanted to try were unavailable, which limited my choices. When my meal arrived, it was lukewarm at best and lacked flavor and it was of a cheap fish selection. If you're looking for a restaurant with a wider selection of hot, flavorful dishes, you might want to consider another option.
