Great inventive menu and lots of options for appetizers and sides to satisfy differing tastes. Large cocktail and wine selection and excellent service.

We had a wonderful dinner of four. The deviled eggs were so tender with a fried oyster on top! Divine. Two of us enjoyed the shrimp and wild rice salad. One of the best salads ever. One had the redfish with Brussels sprouts—the tenderness of the sprouts coupled with the delicate redfish melted in our mouths. Last, the pasta and crispy eggplant tasted fresh and delightful. Our server was not as attentive as we’d like. He likely could have made more money by offering us another drink or dessert. But the meal was spectacular.

Wonderful meal; probably the best pork chop I have eaten, delicious! Our server was great ( especially considering how busy he was). Wife and I both thought this was the best meal we had while visiting Wimberley.

We sat in the outdoor area, it was beautiful. Perfect ambience. Wait staff was attentive and very nice. Our food was amazing! Our drinks equally amazing - I highly recommend the whiskey sour!!! Chef Robert came by the tables to check on everyone!!! Five stars all the way around - every time!!!

The wait between time ordered and time served seemed somewhat longer than usual. Not that this will deter me from future visits, by any means! I will, however, think twice before ordering the lasagne with béchamel sauce. It was extremely dry and only lukewarm. I ate it because I was hungry and I kept thinking the next bite would be the hot, creamy, meaty bite I was looking for. But, alas ... it was not meant to be. The fried olives were still very good. And will always be an opening order. Not to worry, LongLeaf. I will be back!

Service was slow and restaurant was not that busy. Waiter seemed preoccupied with something other than serving. All our dinners were too salty. Restaurant is very noisy inside. Five us were served and the sixth person had to wait at least 5 minutes for his dinner to be brought in.

Food was tasty , a bit pricey, cocktails were delicious. Very quiet for a Saturday afternoon.

All the dishes we've had here are prepared perfectly and are delicious.My current favorite is the roasted quail with its tasty stuffing and the bed of shaved Brussels sprouts. The fried oysters are also very good.
