The food was great. Service was not. I figured out why when I got the bill and the gratuity was already included. It was a party of 6. Our gratuity alone with just under $47 for 3 people. I guess I wouldn’t work that hard either if I knew I was making that kind of money no matter how much I slacked off. My husband even commented we were like the forgotten table, an after thought. Sad because we live nearby and would have loved to have this place to take visitors.

Beautiful place to relax with family. Love the open air space. Watch out for the birds, they do know when there’s a meal in town.

Food was outstanding , but the service lacked, ordered their famous Lobster Longhi, whole lobster cut in half, clams, mussels, shrimp. Did not receive a shell fish cracker, nor a bowl to put empty shells in, had to use an everyone’s butter dish!!!

We have been waiting to try this restaurant for years. The waiter was great however, the plates that were passed out around the table were still dirty. Also, when we received our order of calamari my daughter found a hair fried into a piece. They were kind enough to get us a new plate of calamari but after the dirty plates it was kind of like…ok. Also, my husband ordered an old fashioned and maybe the waiter wasn’t familiar with the drink but he asked, “On the rocks?”. Not a good sign if you know about drinks. Some of the entries were cold, my Mahi Mahi was overcooked and the pasta dishes needed salt. The bread and butter were tasty though. After years looking forward to trying this restaurant we were slightly underwhelmed. Some of the food like the mashed potatoes were actually very tasty but just not hot when we received them. Overall we feel the meal was overpriced and the restaurant did not meet our expectations. We had the best seats in the house though and the view was amazing. Also the waiters were very accommodating with any issue we had. For a nice restaurant though and those prices we just expect not getting dirty plates and hair in our food, also maybe hot food and meals that don’t need to be seasoned at the table. Thank you!

Wonderful location for dinner in Paradise. 🌅 Everyone had different items-steak, salad, fish, shellfish-and everyone loved their meal. Server friendly and accommodating.

Food was average and service was slow. Also had a screaming kid next to us. Not a very pleasant first night dinner.

Nice dinner experience. Food was good, I had a Maitai and while I remember it being better before (plus in a larger glass) it was good.

food was great! service was good! However it was my wife’s 60th birthday and I said to the hostess when we were seated, should I mention it to the server that it’s my wife’s 60th birthday… The hostess said no, I will take care of it and let the server know!! I said great! The entire meal no mention of her birthday by the server or hostess… No cake, no candle, no nothing! Somewhat ruined the entire dining experience…

Always enjoyed dining near the ocean. Excellent eggs Benedict. I was very pleased that the expensive coffee is now served in large mugs instead of traditional coffee cups. The temperature of the coffee finally stayed hot.

Very upsetting! Our young grandchild has celiac disease and we were told before we made our reservation, that Longhi had gluten free choices. Well, they did not! Even the server said they did and later, after we were served, said that they didn’t. It’s one thing to disappoint an adult but completely different to tell your young child that she can eat NOTHING! Shame on Longhi’s!!!

Food is delicious and the staff is so nice. Went here twice on our trip. Once for breakfast and one for lunch. The Florentine Benedict is amazing and the burger and fries are delicious.

Excellent food, reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Beautiful grounds and scenery. Best food and overall experience out of all the resorts grouped together in that area.

Wait staff was available when needed checked in with us a couple times in case we needed anything. The meals were up to expectations. The price and value seemed good for being at a resort setting. I would definitely recommend to friends that it is a good choice for dining.

We enjoyed listening to the luau nearby - it’s really added to the ambience. The food was very good and it came it pretty quickly. Unfortunately we sat for long periods of time without a waitress. The service we received was poor

We got to our table on time and served with water promptly. It took a while before we were waited on. The drinks took a while to get and so was the main entree. My wife had the NY prime steak and I had the fish of the day; both entree’s were very delicious. I felt like the waitress was overwhelmed and did not have much time to talk. Overall all the food and ambiance were great!

We enjoyed a lovely meal at sunset. We were greeted by the hostess with a smile and our server (Keoni) was friendly and attentive. We loved the Ahi Carpaccio appetizer and the Fresh Island Fish Island Style.

Unfortunately due to heavy rain all doors were closed. Between screaming toddlers and loud conversations it felt like Chuckie Cheese. Luckily those groups exited early and rain stopped, allowing doors to open. Much better later in our meal.
