Mother's Day Brunch and you might expect there would be kids at your restaurant, but instead Loco made the decision to not carry any chocolate milk and to remove the French toast from the menu that day? Interesting decision... Last time we went to brunch was a couple of years ago and really loved it. This time around it seemed the food was less impressive and the atmosphere didn't seem to care about whether we enjoyed ourselves. Nice waitress, uninterested hostess, 2 different types of music(from each room) battling it out in my head, sad looking fruit bowl, not crispy home fries, good omelette, sad kids, and disappointed wife. Happy Mother's Day!

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Loco and I finally had the opportunity to try it for myself. It was excellent! The food was delicious and service was great! Our server, Emily, was very personable and attentive. I was very pleased!

Probably won’t be back except to have a margarita. Went on a taco Tuesday and super glad we did because I would have been even more disappointed paying full price for these tacos. Got a mix of tacos and none of them were great, just ok. Our favorite was the short rib. The Al pastor was too spicy to finish, the crispy carnitas just tasted like char. We got the queso and it lacked in flavor and congealed pretty quickly. The service was quite terrible, we were waiting a long time for our waitress to take our order and then a long time for food. The place was pretty much empty. I know I love their coconut marg but didn’t drink this time so maybe the tequila usually hides the food experience?

Drinks were good, the atmosphere was fun. Our server was slow to get drinks but then was pretty attentive. Chips and salsa were good. I ordered the ceviche and a taco for my meal. The Baja taco was delicious. The ceviche was horrible. It was like a seafood salad put into a fried plantain cup. The kale salad served with it was quite good though. My son ordered the short rib empanadas and he took two bites and had me try it because they tasted funny. They did in fact taste funny. The beef was turning bad and we sent them back. Our server did not handle us sounding it back very well. He was quite snarky. What a shame. I had read decent reviews about this place too.

My wife and I had taken a weekend trip to Boston and stumbled upon this place. The word that comes to mind is outstanding. They had live music, oysters and Mexican/ Latin inspired food. Good drinks, and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for a lunch/brunch time stop. Next time we’re back in town we’ll definitely stop in again, the nachos and the ceviche were on point.

This was my second time at Loco. I thoroughly enjoyed both times. The food was excellent! The tortilla chips were addictive. I had the Heart of Glass margarita which was fabulous. The service was very good. Prices were reasonable. I look forward to my next visit

The service was OK. The food was OK. The noise level was so loud I had to had to yell at my party for them to hear me. The lights didn’t work where I was sitting. My waitress started out patient but when she found out we were waiting for someone she got impatient. I did not know where to find her when I we were ready to order. Not long after we told her that we were waiting for someone. Overall She was OK. The experience was OK but the noise level was insane.

It’s my fav spot for years. I used to come to Boston for my internal med conference but it’s now in RI. Well I decided to still come and bring my kids. Love this place.

First time here and overall a good experience. Very lively and busy atmosphere, the pineapple guacamole appetizer was disappointing, very small portion that did not taste freshly made served with stale chips. However, the rest of the food we got was all good quality and good portions.. tacos, fajitas, Brussels…

Everything was so great. Fish tacos, birria tacos, queso, charred pineapple guacamole, and extensive tequila options. Service was fantastic and the whole vibe was just what we were looking for, upbeat and energizing but not overly noisy. Definitely recommend!

A below average experience. Tacos were alright. Surly server. Drinks wrong. So popular but it isn’t the food or service. See and be seen? I have had great food and service here in the past. Perhaps just an off day.

Everything was great until we tried to eat the Baja fish taco and realized it was raw. Thankfully I cut it in half first or I would’ve eaten raw fish, which I definitely shouldnt while pregnant. When we told the waitress she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. We eventually got a new one once we were done with everything else, it was just ok. The waitress did take the taco off the bill, which was nice since we hadn’t asked. The margarita my husband got wasn’t great. I would go back but would definitely make sure to check that everything is properly cooked before eating.

Great lunch! Surprisingly busy for mid week. Fun crowd indoors and out. Incredible food - kept it simple with guac, salsa and octopus in plantain cups and a couple of the freshest tastiest margs. Service is super attentive but very chill at the same time. No pressure - there to please. Dying to go back for dinner. Talked to other diners that are regs and couldn't say enough great things.

tasty food, quick service, nice cocktail list! airy space with a polished yet industrial feel. Music WAY too loud. Our party had the smash burger (small but tasty) and the plato ranchero , which was delicious (eggs, black beans, chorizo, tortilla chips, roasted jalapeño). definitely recommend!

Server was extremely slow and checked on every single table around us except ours. Didn’t even check to clear the empty cups/plates. Took her (Alexis) over 20 mins to ask us for our first drinks. Was there for 2.5 hours and was only able to get 2 drinks that was incorrect (missing the grenadine BOTH times). We intentionally repeated it to make sure she didn’t forget the 2nd time. Food came cold. She was only quick when it came time to run the card for the bill.

Amazing food. I took my wife there for our anniversary lunch. She loved the combination of a raw bar and Mexican food. Everything was great but the bacon guacamole and chips were standout.

Great experience. I can't eat gluten, so I appreciated that their menu was labeled, and that our server was very knowledgeable. They do have a gluten free fryer too!!! Our food was great, and so were the drinks. Already hoping to return!
