Absolutely loved all three special lobster dishes which were perfectly paired with Krug and Billecart-Salmon. Patrick was our server and was so professional and kind and perfectly paced our courses. We finished with a delicious dessert, Amalfi, a gorgeous lemon dish. Thank you for making our evening wonderful!

We loved this restaurant. It was a little tricky to find (it's in an office building), but once we did it was a wonderful experience! They validated our parking, we sat outside and it was neither loud or crowded. Service was prompt and the food was wonderful - there were unusual offerings like rabbit and arctic char (both delicious) and more down-to-earth fare like burgers and fries. I loved the green goddess wedge - it was a delightful twist on a traditional (and overdone) menu item. I would welcome the opportunity to return and try more of the chef's creations.

My husband and I went for a date night after seeing the menu online, once we arrived we noticed the menu had in fact changed and the entrees we were both looking forward to ordering were no longer on there (mussels and shrimp). The appetizer we ordered was wonderful (the popcorn!) and so was our drinks. But we ordered the crab Rangoon and rabbit and dumpings which they both left us full but we did feel like they left something to be desired. It was somewhat difficult to find as well. Our ticket was over $100 and I don’t feel as if it was worth the price point.

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. Fair amount of diners but not overcrowded which we prefer. Food was great! I like how you walk through the kitchen to get food items for brunch. We also appreciated the small portion serving sizes, although you could go back as much as you wanted. The quality of food was excellent too which is important to us. We dont go to buffets very much but when we do it’s usually the four seasons or somewhere that has high quality dishes and lots of variety which this place has. We’d definitely go back again but probably only a couple times/year for brunch or we’d be 600 lbs.

The food was just okay and the wait in line for food when paying $60 per person is ridiculous. Had 1 mimosa and the bill for 2 was $170 for brunch. Really!!!

What a great place to eat. Perfect for a date night or a big group. Wonderful food, service was spot on, and the whiskey selection is exceptional.

My daughter & I dined at Local Three last evening. The wine & cocktails were delicious, the food was amazing, (as always!), with a wide variety of menu choices and specials. The most memorable aspect of the evening was the superb service we received from Sasha - she was professional, yet friendly, and totally knowledgeable about every menu item available. She was attentive but never intrusive, warm without being too personal, and represented Local Three in an outstanding fashion. A wonderful dining experience in every way!
