Lobos is an exciting tapas bar also focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat .Meaning wolves in Spanish ,Lobos offers a short sharp list of vibrantly authentic , tradicional tapas with ingredients sourced locally , evolving seasonally and therefore dishes that will change frequently depending on what is available on the market .Lobos is a real carnivore"s paradise ,think perfectly roasted ibérico pork ,slow cooked shoulders of lamb and lightly charred , rosy pink bone in ribeye to share ,all presented simply and cooked to perfection ,allowing the pristine quality of the offering to shine through.

We are the result of our attitude. We like thinking out of the plate and that is why we understand what we do in a way that is everything but conventional. We don’t believe in indifference, to be honest, we don’t know how to pronounce it. We rely not on the menu but on tracks of smell, taste and the feeling that comes into play when you let your instincts guide you. Just a matter of attitude.

As ever Lobos never disappoints. The service is amazing and the food outstanding! So so good! It was lovely to meet the Head Chef Daniel who came over to say hi!

Food itself was ok nothing wrong with it, just nothing wow, the only dish I really loved was the secreto Iberia. And most of the dishes were very garlicky again it’s not a negative just think they could tone it down a touch. Service was very good though 1 lady downstairs very polite and very attentive, couldn’t have asked for any more. I probably would return but have a different selection of dishes to see if it was just what I chose that didn’t wow.

Food and wine ok, enhanced by super-friendly Spanish waitress. Iberico steak was very good. Disappointed that an aubergine dish we enjoyed on a previous visit had been removed from the already quite limited tapas menu.
