The food was tasty. The decor was awesome. The energy and feel in the restaurant was great. Our only complaint was the Bartender was our main server. Depending on how busy the bar was he could come by. He did a great job with recommendations. There were 4 other people bringing the table food, drinks, and checking on us...but that got confusing as we would ask for a drink from one, and another would come and ask if we needed another drink. Also, they brought one dish to us twice instead of the one we needed. It was a bit stressful figuring out if everything was on the right track. Otherwise, great.

very limited vegetarian options, and even the seafood options if you don’t eat, meat are limited because much of the seafood also has pork included. Otherwise an interesting menu, just not much for those of us who don’t eat red meat.

We have been going to Little Sister Redondo Beach since they opened. The last several times we have dined, we have been disappointed with the service, and have written reviews to that effect. This time, we made a reservation specifically asking to *NOT* be seated along the west wall, as the seating is crowded and the service is abysmal. Well, our request was ignored and we were seated in that area. As to prove my point, our server had to stand behind me to take our order because the tables on either side were occupied. The same was true of the servers on either side. We ordered our appetizer first, because previously, when we ordered all our dishes at once, they all arrived at once. This time, our appetizer came out, and we then ordered our entrees. We finished our appetizer, and watched as the tables on either side of us, who were both seated at essentially the same time as us (within a minute or two), get their food delivered in a timely fashion. We waited. And waited, And waited. Our entrees finally arrived 25 minutes after we finished our appetizer. The food at Little sister is always delicious. We have no complaints about the quality of the food or the tastiness. It's always great. It is the one truly consistent thing at Little Sister Redondo Beach. On our drive home, we decided that we won't dine in at Little Sister Redondo Beach again. The service is just not what we expect when we dine out. It's far below other restaurants we frequent in the area. We may consider take-out in the future. We were very disappointed this visit

This was our first time at any of the Little Sister restaurants. We were so impressed with the establishment and the food. Everything was delicious! We shared the dumplings, crispy prawns, garlic noodles, shaky shaky beef and seafood curry. It was ALL amazing! We don't typically order dessert, but the pecan tart was calling to me, so we shared that as well. What a great cap to a fabulous meal! We will be back!

The staff was attentive and pleasant. The ambiance was very nice and quiet on a Monday night. The only downside to the evening was my chicken dish. It was probably the driest, toughest chicken I have ever tried to eat.... The skin was nice an crispy as it should have been but the meat itself was hard and dry and tough to cut... The other dishes I tried were good... Avoid the chicken...

I’ve been to Little Sister two times and service was terrible each time but not as bad as the second time. The servers were acting like they didn’t want to serve us until we complained and the tables were filthy. There was a table across from us that didn’t get cleaned the entire time we were there. Our table had a bunch of sticky spots that were hard to see initially because it was so dark inside. Because of this, I sat my phone down in a sticky mess (the residue from the previous table). Unsanitary. Food was mediocre for the price. It was better the first time I went but they aren’t consistent.

Sadly this was a disappointing birthday dinner. They were terribly understaffed (I guess). The bartender was also our waiter. He was too busy behind the bar to give good service. Had to wait 15 min to have our order taken. Although he did say food would come out as it is cooked, all of the dishes came out besides mine. We had to ask about it and the waiter said it was coming. Again we waited an additional 15-20 mins before mine came out. My husband had finished. So I had just had a few bites of mine, and asked for some boxes. My husband was never offered more coffee, we had to flag down another server to get some, and then wait awhile until they brought it. Overall a very disappointing dinner. Food was pretty good.

Cameron our server was amazing. The food was delicious and the music was on point. Definitely recommend this restaurant. The sticky rice was to die for. We also ordered the popular dish shaggy meat but I wasn’t a huge fan but I can see why it’s a favorite.
