East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

Absolutely fabulous service and delicious food. We will be coming back and bringing the whole family! We enjoyed every dish we ordered!

They brought the wrong dish to our table. We had a bit of it since it seemed close to the dish we ordered before we realized it was not we had ordered . Once we told them, the waitress grabbed it and was kinda rude like why did you have some of it.

We were a party of 6 who were reconnecting after 25 years. Our waiter was very understanding about our initial lack of attention to our menus. We were more interested in talking to one another. Once we ordered, the food came out at a very comfortable pace. All of our dishes were very sharable for 6 people. We ordered 2 orders of fried spring rolls, 1 order of crispy shrimp, shaky shaky beef, fried sea bass, seafood curry, coconut Carmel salmon and crispy tofu with eggplant and okra with black rice. It was a lot of food. The experience was fun and delicious.

We love your redondo Torrance location I feel first off the service is way better as the staff seems to love working there and cares about the food and your experience. I felt the food was lack luster compared to the redondo location. Took my kids to celebrate Mother’s Day and was somewhat disappointed. The flavor was just not there. Wait staff could care less about the food or experience.

Food was to die for. Very unique and delicious. Our server Stephanie was very sweet and helpful too! Music detracted from ambience a bit and some items were pretty pricey but the prices were to be expected. Would definitely return!

Food is terrible, service is worse, we had to leave our table three times to get what we needed, price point ridiculous. Never coming back, not recommending to friends.

I made a reservation for party of 6 and they seated outside without even asking us what we preferred. They justified it with we don't have tables larger than 6 inside but that's a lie as well because I sat inside with large parties. I also asked for a modification to add dish because my mom is a vegetarian but they made it of course with meat. By the time we were done eating that's when our dish came out and I refused it.
